He said that this is one of his favorite lines in the entire song. He said that, "Marketing is the best way to get people to notice you. You have to have a good campaign and marketing plan. It doesn't always work that way. Stray Kids came here onto the KPop scene with a dream and a vision to bring comfort to those who are lost and guide them because we are stray kids. Yeah sure, marketing does work but music brings people together and just our fans sharing our music and telling others about our message despite the language barrier is one of the greatest gifts I could have ever asked for. So yeah, marketing works but music works harder."

I Will Fight - KEY, VINXEN
"When I asked Kibum-Hyung about his album he mentioned for me to listen to I Will Fight first. I think he was trying to tell me despite the hardships I may face that I should continue to fight for my happiness. The lyrics are saying something about two people in a relationship or possibly a promise to fans or someone else. It depends on who interprets it. I interpret as a song, a promise, to fans who have been with them since the beginning. I will fight for you for us. That just hits really hard. Even if you can't fight I'll fight for you. That's so bittersweet in my eyes."

Let Me Out - Jonghyun
"Among all of his songs I grew attached to Let Me Out for one- Ah- many reasons actually. The lyrics are sad and in my own interpretation it's almost as if he's calling out to the past him. 'I already threw away my body' saying he's left himself it just speaks to me on so many levels. 'Someone please hold me, I'm exhausted from this world' has been a lyric I have held onto because the world is such a beautiful yet terrifying place. The song title also just says to me, help me, help me breath, help me live again. Which also reminds me of my time after my suicide attempt. Help me live again was something I had said to the boys. It's sad and also healing in some weird way for me. It's also a song I reminisce on. All of my life I had been struggling and begging on the inside for someone to acknowledge my struggles. Sounds almost selfish out loud." Overall Sammy was sort of closing himself off when the interviewer asked about this song on his playlist.

Without You - NCT
Interviewer: Fans have noticed you added Without You by NCT. Why is that?
Sammy: NCT may seem as if they're the ideal KPop boy group because of their unique sound and trendy fashion but NCT aren't the ideal. I think ideal is just a way for society to structure itself. In my eyes NCT is a boy group with a dream and a passion to achieve greatness and without their fans they can't do that. Because they may be the ones who create the songs they need their fans to continue supporting them and buying their albums etc. Also the song sounds so pretty so why not?

Congratulations (Final Ver.) - Day6
It's a well known fact that Stray Kids love Day6's music. Seungmin and Sammy being the My Day's. Sammy has said on multiple occasions that a debut song means the most to groups because you have finally made your debut and can now look forward to a certain path. You aren't anxiously waiting to debut or see if you'll make it into a group. Congratulations in general, he said, is one of his favorite Day6 songs besides I Need Somebody and Sweet Chaos. He remembers their debut day as well. He says, "It was a very stressful day for me when Wonpil-Hyung told me, 'Seungjae! We debuted! Look at the music video!' I remember being extremely happy for them and then got bitter wondering when I'd debut. Bitterness went away though in a few hours after watching 'Congratulations' music video. I invited them to my apartment and cooked them dinner and Sungjin-Hyung brought Soju. We had a fun time and laughed a lot. It's a special occasion indeed. Debuting that is." He smiled fondly after.

Signal - TWICE
"When it came out people seemed to hate it. I have no idea why. It's cute, catchy, and the dance is so fun. The music video is also unique and I really like Jeongyeon-Noona's hair. I like girls with short hair and it fits her. It was cute ok? I'm not helping myself..." He likes Signal a lot.
