MC: Hello Sammy, or should I call you Seungjae?

Sammy: Either is fine. *smiles*

MC: So, let's start shall we.

*intro plays*

MC: When were you born?

Sammy: January 4th, 1997

MC: Who are your biological parents?

Sammy: I do not know my biological father but my biological mother is Chae-Young Aiwa maiden name Chae-Young Kyulyua.

MC: Reason for no identifiable biological father?

Sammy: My mother says that I was a rape case. I don't know besides that. *furrowed brows*

MC: *nods*

Sammy: I feel as if this interview will end with me sobbing my eyes out. *nervous chuckle*

MC: I hope that doesn't happen. *soft smile and then cough* Ahem. Back on track. What was your childhood like?

Sammy: It was interesting and scary. We lived on the streets until a little after my mother married Hiro. We did have apartments but those weren't real homes just a one bedroom cramped apartment with a terrible stench of drugs.

MC: And do you know the reason behind that?

Sammy: Mom said that drug dealers sold weed downstairs and to never talk to them. Eventually mom couldn't pay for that apartment because of Mae-Li so we were put in a homeless shelter where my mom struggled to continue to care for us despite having shelter and food and water. The shelter workers adored me and my younger sisters though so I was very happy about that. Mom didn't seem to want the help though so I grew up with that do it myself attitude.

MC: Do you know anything about your mother's background.

Sammy: My mother was young when she had me... her family was from a long line of what could be considered chaebol's to Korean standard. In America they were the head of a huge corporation and were insanely wealthy and proper. They are respected highly... I've never met them. The Kyulyua's known for their beauty and kind hearts. Mom noted them as cold and pitiful. They have mansions all across the world with the highest fashion. They deal in all aspects of manufacturing and business really. I've only heard stories.... I'm far from them.

MC: They seem to be quite the business people. You're mother grew up in that can do it attitude?

Sammy: I assume so. Mom hates talking about it because she resents her family even though it hurts her. She was close with her twin brother and older siblings. Her parents had high standards for her and she put into an arranged marriage whenever she found out she was pregnant with me. Then her parents kicked her out saying they wouldn't have a daughter who would disgrace the Kyulyua name and bear the child on her own and live in shame for having a child out of wedlock. I hate them for that. I'm a huge family-oriented person who would do anything for my family.

MC: Ah, what about the grandparents.

Sammy: Very, very, conservative ideals with the woman being the caregiver for the house and taking care of the children, who couldn't have a job of their own. So... like during the eighteenth century.

MC: Ah, that's interesting.

Sammy: I hate it though.

MC: Why is that?
