Trainee Besties
Sammy was one of the first people to find out about her relationship with Daniel. Of course Twice & JYP PD found out first and Daniel and Jihyo got their approval but Sammy... Sammy was a whole other story. Sammy was super protective and spent an entire day with Daniel just to see if he trusted him enough with Jihyo. In the end he agreed and now gushes over their relationship as if it's the best thing in the world. To him.... it is. Besides the Jihyo & Daniel relationship Sammy and Jihyo are Trainee Besties. They know each other from trainee days and used to talk hours on end about their day or their emotions. Jihyo is one of the people he goes to for emotional support. She always has his back and understands his problems. Will protect him at all costs. It's a known fact that Stray Kids are ONCEs but Sammy takes it to another level. Before debuting in Stray Kids he'd buy Twice posters and put them up and also ask them to sign them. He has a collection sitting in his closet that he took down because he's afraid the others will steal them.

Father x Son Relationship
If Irene is his mother then Jackson is his father. Jackson loves to baby him and take care of him. They trained together as well. Jackson is seen being supportive of Stray Kids and their achievements and always complimenting Sammy and saying how proud he is. Basically that cringey father that always is like, "LOOK AT MY SON!" Sammy in return spreads love towards GOT7 and will be caught listening to his current favorite songs "Eclipse" and "Teenager".
