Sammy has finally gotten his studio that he asked for on VLive many times. From VLive a fan had asked where he was and he said he was in his new studio.

Sammy: Oh! I'm in my new studio! JYP finally gave me my own studio!

Sammy: Hmm I don't know. Maybe Beaver Sammy studios but for now I'm gonna call it DYJYP Studios.
