Virginia's POV:
"Can you just stop being a pain in my ass and call her." Lola sighed. "You've been ignoring all her calls since AUGUST!"
"Babe." Carmen said. "What happened to be gentle?"
"I can't be gentle! I'm losing patience! You like her. She likes you. WHY ARE ALL OF YOU SO STUPID!! Jenni and Alexia are weird about their relationship. It took Jenni almost dying for them to finally sort out their problems. Leila's a golden retriever puppy when it comes to Mariona. Mapi STILL hasn't asked that Mariana girl out yet. And then there's YOU AND NAHIKARI! Why can't you guys be like us." She looked at Carmen. "I liked Carmen, I talked to her, she liked me too, BOOM! Love of my life! Right here!"
"Yeah because you weren't a total creep for months before we started dating." Carmen crossed her arms.
I closed my eyes. "I don't even know what I'd say to her. Hey, I know that I kind of blew up the last time we spoke. How are you?"
"You can start by telling her how you feel."
"No."
"Why not?"
"BECAUSE THEN SHE'LL KNOW!" I yelled. "And Virginia Torrecilla doesn't tell people she likes them."
"What does she do?" Carmen asked.
"Don't encourage this!"
"I'm curious." Carmen said. "What does she do?"
"She waits for the person to be like "I like you" and then she says," I smirked. "You alright I guess."
"So let's say you call Nahikari, you sort everything out. She says "Vir I've had a crush on you for a while now!" what do you say?"
"You're cute I guess." I crossed my arms.
"You're going to die alone."
Alexandra's POV:
"Alex!" My coach called me. "I'm moving you to the 4th line."
"What?" I took my helmet off. "You can't be serious."
"You haven't been playing that well. I want to move things around. We need wins, we need results. You're on the 4th line." I sighed. "And I'm taking you off the power play." He walked away. I got off the ice and followed him. "Coach, you can't be serious about this. Ok, move me to the 4th line, but taking me off the powerplay?"
"You haven't produced since the beginning of November. We're halfway through December, kid. Welcome to professional hockey. You don't perform, you can't moved around. Start performing better, you'll get rewarded. Continue to not produce, you get scratched. Don't make me scratch you." He walked into his office and I looked around.
After practice, I sat in my car. I looked at my phone.
Nahikari
Virginia and I still aren't talking.
I saw your game last night how do you skate that fast?
Is everything ok?
Please don't start ignoring me too. I can't lose anyone else.
I nodded and called her. "Thank god. I thought I had to send out a search party." She said.
I laughed. "Sorry, I had a team meeting this morning and we've been practicing all day pretty much. I'm just heading home now."
"How was it?"
"Not good. I haven't been playing the great I guess. I'm now moved to the 4th line and taken off the powerplay. My coach said if I continue to not produce, I'll get scratched. I don't know what to do. I'm trying so hard but I'm stuck."
"Same. I think we both just have a lot on our minds right now. It's getting in the way."
"It is." I nodded. "What's going on with Virginia?" I asked. I put the call on speaker and put my phone in the holder so I could drive and still talk to her.
"I have no idea. We haven't talked since that conversation in August. We have a camp next month, I know I'll have to see her."
"Haven't you two played against each other in the league?"
"We played each other once so far, and conveniently she was injured."
"Ahh." I said.
"I really want to talk to her. We were talking and then she just blew up." She said. "I don't know anymore. Maybe I should just forget about it. Move on."
"Do you really believe that?"
"I don't know, Alex."

Nahikari's POV:
"Nahi." Leila ran over to me. "You got a minute?"
"Sure." I smiled. "What's up, Leila?"
"It's Vir. She's extra snappy."
I sighed. "Leila, I can't do anything ok? I'm the last person she needs."
"Then why did she ask me to get you?" I looked at her. "I asked what would make her less, moody. She said she just wants to talk to you. I told her I'd come get you, so you two can talk this out." She put her hands in her pockets. "Look, Nahi, I don't get it. I don't know what happened if anything did. But what I do know is you two both need to talk this out."
"That's every Mariona of you."
She laughed. "What can I say? She's been good for me." She smiled. "Now please go see Vir?"
I nodded and looked down. "Fine. I'll be right there."
"Thank you." She walked away.
I took my phone out and texted Alex.
What do I do?
You talk to her and you tell her everything. Now or never, Nahikari. Now or never.
I put my phone in my pocket and got up. "Now or never." I said to myself. "Just go, knock on her door and tell her. Tell her everything. It's just Virginia. You've talked to her before. With her stupid face." I shook my head. "Focus Nahi." I took a deep breath. "Ok."
I walked to her room and knocked on the door.
It opened and she looked at me.
"What are you doing here?" She asked.
"Leila." I said. "Can I come in?" She opened the door and let me in. She sat down and looked at me. "We need to talk."
