My alarm goes off at 5:00. I must say that it is not likeable being forced to awake before the sun on Saturday. I don't care that I am kind of a morning person, this is horrible.

I dressed in a T shirt and jeans before throwing a clothes to a backpack. I run downstairs and grab some breakfast as the others walk into the house. Soon, everyone is ready, and we are loading the two SUVs.

Once we arrive at the Red Star Alpha house, Alpha Ben and his son, Matt, walk out of the front door to greet us.

"Alpha Max," Ben shakes Dad's hand. "I'm glad you arrived safely." From there, we all shakes hands with Ben and Matt. Ben then leads us into his house. The inside is decorated with forest greens, browns, and tans. It becomes evident that the house it themed to be like a cabin. We pass through the living room, by the kitchen and up a flight of stairs. After we have curved around two turns, we stop at the head of a hallway.

Ben turns to face us. "This hallway has enough guest bedrooms for each of you. They are all open so you are welcome to take whichever you prefer. Once you have put everything in your rooms and are settled, we will meet in the living room."

Ben and Matt leave making the hallway fall into silence, though it doesn't last long.

"I call the room at the end of the hall." Daric smirks as he removes himself from the group with his blue and black backpack on his back. He marches towards the end of the hall as Marcus moves to follow after him.

"What's so special about the last room?" I whisper.

Carter sends me a sideways glance before shrugging.

"I'll stay at the front of the hallway." Dad states. "I have a feeling tonight's meeting is going to end late. There is no way I am dragging my feet farther than I have too."

We chuckle softly at him. However, Blake and Stu quickly agree with him and grab the closest rooms after Dad. That leaves Carter and me.

Carter turns to me. "Middle rooms?"

I shrug. "Why not?"

I trudge to a room on the right while Carter takes one on the left. The walls in the room are light green, and there is dark wood flooring covered by a dark blue area rug. There is a queen sized bed with white sheets. I'm guessing they chose white for the same reason hotels do; they can bleach them clean. The room is relatively small. There is only room for the bed and a small desk under the window. Add any more furniture and the room would feel cramped. To the right of the bed there are two doors. One for a small closet and one for an en suit bathroom.

I throw my green pack on the bed before exiting the room. At the head of the hallway, I see Stu and Dad disappear around the corner. I make my way to follow them.

When I step into the living room, Dad, Stu and Blake are already inside conversing with Ben and two other men who I have to guess are Henry—the Beta—and Allen—the Gamma. I have never personally met them face to face. I have been in the room during phone meetings, but the few times Ben and Matt have visited Silver Moon, the Beta and Gamma stayed behind.

On the couch, Matt is talking with—as I have to guess again—his Beta, Nate, and Gamma, Evan.

I make my way over. I stick my hand out to the new faces. "Hi, I'm Logan."

"I'm Nate." He smiles and shakes my hand. He has tan skin and short medium brown hair that is spiked in the front.

"And I'm Evan." Evan is a stark contrast to Nate. He has pale white skin with freckles and shaggy red hair.
