For Lucas, she lies underneath a car still. Praying that there drooling freaks don't find her. Praying? Was there anyone to pray to anymore? After everything that has happened.
Redemption. Forgiveness. Was there a way she could make up for all of the horrible things she has done? Was there a way she could become someone better? Or would she always be Lucas Cooper? The angry girl who refuses to talk about her past and has no future? How could she be better? How could she help the people she loved so dearly?
As the monsters moved closer, pounding in Adam's chest grew more and more painful. But he tried to ignore it as he crawled underneath the SUV himself and Connor were nearby.
Rick had told them to get underneath the car. But for what reason? The reason was soon clear when the moaning, undead corpses began to walk their way.
Connor can hear Adam's teeth chattering due to a quivering jaw. Connor had shifted his head to look at Adam, his face was a ghastly white. His eyes were bloodshot and his lips were bloodless. Connor motioned to Adam putting his finger over his lips to tell him to be quiet as the Walkers marched along.
Fear? What was fear? William thought to himself as the flood of Walkers flow around him. He has never feared anything in his life. He was a teenager, a young adult. The only thing he stressed about was homework, deadlines and making money at his part-time job.
Those days were long gone now. Now he hides underneath a car from blood thirsty freaks. He'd never felt more alone in his life then at this moment. Not knowing what is happening to the others.
He once again thought of Rachel and the relationship he had with her. The bond he had shared with her had been like a bridge out of his fortressed mind, it allowed him to set foot outside it's protective compound and explore the sun-warmed grass on the other side. Now she was gone and the bridge had been severed. Now, no matter how many people surrounded him, living or dead, he was alone.
Waking up finally for his unconscious state, Garrett didn't feel tired. He didn't slowly wake up either. Within seconds of realizing he was unconscious a hand quickly covers his mouth. A cold hand, Deanna's hand. There were other noisy breathing sounds coming from all directions, mostly moaning. From the herd outside.
Garrett adjusts his eyes towards the back of the RV. Andrea is sitting up against the tiny hallway by the bathroom. She as a screwdriver in her hand and is covered in blood, almost from head to toe. Not even a few feet away from her lies the dead carcass of a male Walker who was bald.
What the hell as he missed since being passed out? Where were they? Where was everyone else? Where were they going?
Not too far away from Kenny and Rebecca, T-Dog is slowly walking down the road, hiding by the cars. For some reason he didn't get under any of the cars. One of the Walkers that were up front spotted him and started to walk at a quicker pace.
Kenny starts to move out from underneath the car he and Rebecca were but then Rebecca grabs him by the arm. "Don't go..." She whispered to him.
Kenny looks back at T-Dog, he had fallen and cut his arm open pretty badly. As soon as the Walker goes to attack him, Daryl came up from behind it and quickly dispatched it from the world.
Knowing T-Dog would be alright with Daryl, Kenny turned back around to Rebecca and nodded his head at her. She knew he won't go.
As the Walker herd seemed to disappear as quickly as it came. Mitchel and Torri breath a sigh of relief. Suddenly there was a scream. But not a normal scream, a tiny one.
It was Sophie, she didn't even sound like she was pausing long enough to breathe as she screamed. Mitchel and Torri quickly scramble out from underneath the car and they see her, she is running down the highway with two Walkers following her. She then jumped the guide rail and ran into the woods followed by the two Walkers. Rick then goes running after her.
