The bus rocked me from side to side as I traveled this unfamiliar road. It ran over the black tarmac so fast that the passing greenery became a hazy blur.

There were plenty of people sitting in a bus with muddied silence. The air conditioning pumped through only a few filters whistling with extreme pressure.

I got stuck for a moment realizing what had happened in my life.

I took out my wallet and I paid my fare.

As I closed my eyes, the scariest trauma in my life, popped out in my mind again.

"Bye tita Helena, we'll leave na po," I kissed her in her cheek.

"Bye mom, take care," Shay kissed her mom too.

Shay is my only first degree cousin. My dad, and his dad, uncle Orlando, are siblings.

As we bid our goodbye to Tita Helena we entered in our car and left. We were about to reach our destination nang hinarangan ang kotse namin. Our two bodyguards went out, but unfortunately they were killed.

However, some men opened our car and they shoot Shay. One men pointed his gun to me and I saw blood in my arm.

I catched my breath as everything got blurred. Unti-unting nagdidilim ang paningin ko.

Nang magising ako, I was in the hospital already. I was in a coma for a week and luckily I survived.

That's why here I am, I decided to leave my real life para magpanggap na ibang tao because I wanted to stay alive.

I opened my eyes and I saw that there were only few people left inside the bus.

Who would think that I could be Sydney Morris. In this look that I had, no one would believe it's me. The power of make-up was absolutely the only thing that could help me in this escape.

How ironic that I used it not to make myself the prettiest girl, but the other way around. I could only hope that this idea would work, until my killer would be brought in jail.

The bus stopped at mabilis akong bumaba.
