Dust x Blue's Edgy Sister Reader

Requested by JanieRusselltheantic. (now by edgy I don't know if you meant like Underfell edgy or normal edgy. So I kinda gave the character a bit of my personality my friends think is edgy.)

"Y/n!"

You didn't hear your twin brother yelling your name and frankly you didn't even know he was there. You were laying on the couch with your headphones on, eyesockets closed trying to relax.

He eventually gave up on yelling and instead removed your headphones himself, getting an annoyed growl from you. You immediately tried to calm down, you didn't really like getting mad at him.

"I'm going on patrol, I'll be back later. And don't forget it's your turn to clean the kitchen," he said earning an annoyed groan from you.

"Come on it's not that bad," he said walking to the door. "See ya Blue," you said before he was fully out the door.

As soon as you knew he was gone you quickly picked up your phone and texted your best friend to come over.

And within the minute you sent it you felt a weight on the other side of the couch. You looked up from your phone to see Dust, your best friend for the past few years.

"Hey (n/n)," he greeted with that stupid nickname he loved to call you. "Hey Dust, what's up," you asked.

"The surface," he answered with a cheeky grin. "I walked right into that one," you said with fake annoyance in your voice. One thing you realized about Dust was that when he was with you he acted a lot like classic Sans, I guess you brought out his old personality.

"Anyway, whatcha wanna do," he asked. "Take a guess," you responded. "Go to the Hot Topic in Echotale," he answered.

You shot him a half annoyed, half humored look. "As if I haven't heard that joke before," you said sarcastically.

You went over to the TV stand and grabbed two controllers and tossed one at him.

"Actually I was thinking it would be more fun to beat your boney ass at Mario Cart," you said cockily. "Oh you're on," he said.

"So who are you gonna pick," you asked flopping back down on the couch with your legs laid across his lap.

"Bowser, you should be Peach," he responded. "What no, I'm always Dry Bones," you argued.

"Yeah and you always lose," he said back. "Well if someone would quit hitting me with Blue shells I wouldn't," you said lightly kicking him in the side.

"Yeah whatever you say hun," he said as the two of you selected your characters.

You two started on the Bowser's castle track, one you were pretty good on. Then went to Ghost Valley, his best track.

In the end you two were tied up two to two. "So best three outta five," he asked. "Yeah, sure. Which track," you asked.

He gave you a mischievous smile and you knew exactly what he was planning. "No, Dust don't choose Rainbow Road," you whined.

"Too late," he said he said as the countdown to the start was already going. "I hate you sometimes you know," you said annoyed.

"No you don't, 'sides I suck at this map too," he said. And he wasn't kidding, he couldn't stay on the track for more than thirty seconds at a time.

You managed to get up to first, and of course you got hit with a blue shell, completely taking away your lead and letting Peach win.

"I told you, you shoulda picked Peach," he said with an I-told-you-so attitude. "I would've won if someone would stop sending shells after me," you said sitting up and almost pushing him off the couch.

You threw your controller onto the couch beside you and turned off the console. "Well now what,", you asked, you really should've put more thought into the day.

"How bout getting something to eat,", he answered. "Yeah, let's go get some Muffet's, we can just bring it back here to eat," you said as you grabbed your (f/d/c) (favorite dark color) jacket and the two of you walked into Snowdin.

No one really questioned Dust being around anymore, they'd seen him with you a good bit. Nor did Blue mind him being around, even if they were on opposing sides.

Papyrus, while he knew Dust was a good guy and good friend he still didn't fully trust him. He knew about Dust's past and everything that happened in Dustale, but there was no keeping you away from him no matter what he did. Of course that's what older brothers are for right.

So whenever the two of you went to Muffet's you were sure to look around for Papyrus, not that he tried to do anything to Dust, he was just really annoying.

After the two of you got your food you went back home to eat and watch your favorite horror movie.

"No don't go in there, how can you be that stupid," you yelled at the TV at the characters complete lack of horror movie survival knowledge.

"You know they can't hear you right," he said while trying to steal some of your fries. You slapped his hand away from your food and continued yelling at the movie.

You were too distracted by the movie to notice that Blue had come home a bit early. You quit your yelling once you saw him.

"Oh hey Blue. How was the patrol," you asked now completely calm. "Eh boring, hey Dust," he greeted while walking to the stairs. Dust waved to him before he walked up to his room.

You turned back to the TV but couldn't help but notice Dust eyeing you in your peripheral vision.

"What Dust," you said kinda annoyed, he always liked seeing you go from angry to chill whenever Blue was around.

"Nothing just thinking about how cute you are when you're being nice," he said nonchalantly, leaving you to almost scream internally.

You liked him, you hid it, but there was no denying it. But that random little compliment confused you more than anything.

But you decided to play his little game. "And what about when I'm not nice," you asked kinda sarcastically.

"Then you're hot as hell," he flirted back, you blushed hard and turned back to the TV holding your hand over the side of your face to hide it.

"Hey I saw that blush, don't try to hide it," he teased. You just stayed looking ahead of you.

He got up and walked over to you so that you almost had to look at him.

"C'mon, look at me love," he said trying to get you to put your attention back on him.

He knelt down to your eye level and pulled your hand away from your face with his right hand.

"Come on, it wasn't that ba-," he couldn't finish his sentence before you had your arms around his neck and your teeth on his.

You pulled away seconds later with a triumphant smirk and a (m/c) blush coating your skull. Dust however seemed to be in shock.

"That was to shut you up," you said snapping him out of his trance. "This is just for the hell of it," you said before you stole another kiss.

This time he had time to react and kiss back, while slowly pushing you so you were laying on the couch as he moved so his body was hovering over yours.

He pulled away and just looked at you with the most loving look you'd ever seen.

"Hey Y/n, have you seen my-," Papyrus asked after teleporting into the living room and then stopping short.

"...ya know I'll just go ask Blue," he said before leaving as soon as he'd come.

"Can't get any privacy in this house," you said annoyed.

"Heh, well at least that was fun while it lasted," he said laying back and pulling you on top of him.

You let out a annoyed huff but still gladly rested your head on his chest.

"I love you Y/n, you're like a little tsundere," he said running his fingers over the back of your skull. You laughed quietly, it wasn't the first time he's called you that.

"I love you too dumbass."
