Anyone else play Bonely Hearts Club? Cause that's what this version of Fell is from.

Wrote something short for Tumblr and it got some pretty good attention, even from some of the game devs themselves.

So, it's y'all's turns.

Mkay bye

"Alright, let's do this."

You took in a deep breath and let it out, attempting to calm yourself before the short walk across the street.

Quickly checking to make sure there were no cars, you made your way across to the skeleton household. Bright red envelope in your hand.

Anxiety beginning to rise again as you knocked on the door. It opened to reveal one of the many occupants of the house, unfortunately not the one you were there to see.

"Heya, Y/n. Happy Valentines."

"Happy Valentines to you too, Stretch. Tell the other guys for me, if you don't mind."

"Heh, I'll make sure to let them know."

His eyelights shifted to the envelope in your hand, apparently you hadn't hid it as well as you thought.

"Special someone?"

"Oh this, nah."

He playfully crossed his arms and looked at you knowingly.

"It's for Red, ain't it?"

You made a face of fake shock, getting a laugh out of the taller skeleton in front of you.

"Heh yeah, yeah it is. Is he here?"

"Sorry, you just missed him, he went to pick something up from a shop in town, I think so at least, didn't tell us much."

"Darn, well, could you give this to him when he gets back? I'd wait but, I think my nerves would give out if I gave it to him directly."

"Nervous?"

"A little."

He gave you a reassuring smile as you handed the envelope to him.

"Thanks man, you got any Valentines plans?"

"Does trying to ask out the ladder ghost count?"

Him and that darn ladder ghost made you crack up every dang time.

"Not really, but you do you, Stretch."

The two of you had another laugh about the subject of the spectre before you said goodbye to the skeleton and walked back to your own home.

Well, the card was there.

No going back now, Y/n.

"Red, finally. Started thinking you got lost."

Red rolled his eyelights at Stretch as he walked into the house.

"Ain't my fault every damn flower shop was packed."

He placed a bouquet of roses on the countertop as he commented on the shops. Setting a rather large heart shaped box of chocolates next to it.

"Wow, who's the lucky person?"

"None of your business."

Stretch raised a bonebrow at the shorter skeleton.

"...is it that obvious?"

"Yeah, it really is, everyone with half a brain knows you like them, Red."

Yeah, everyone knew, everyone except you apparently, which was understandable. He could give off mixed signals at times.

"You think they'll like it?"

"Considering they brought you something too, I'd say yes."

Wait, they'd already brought him something? He was kinda disappointed that he wasn't there to get it from them directly and thank them properly.

Stretch slid the your envelope over to Red, who only eyed it curiously.

He hesitantly took in his hands and opened it, luckily you didn't seal it so he didn't have to worry about ripping anything.

He pulled out a card with a message written on the front.

Mario is Red

Sonic is Blue

He smiled at it, of course it was videogame related. You knew him so well.

He opened it read the continuation of the poem, barely just catching the Gamestop gift card that you had put in it for him.

Happy Valentine's day, Red
                                                         Love, Y/n

He felt his skull heat up, but his smile never left.

Stretch smiled cheekily at him from across the counter.

"Ey, quit lookin' at me like that!"

"You're still smiling bro."

Red, once again, rolled his eyelights at him. Then took one more glance at the card before grabbing the flowers and chocolate off the counter.

Time for him to go get his player two.
