A Change of Fate ( Ink x Error )

-Dreams POV-

I had to go to the counter and help Blue with the customers while Muffet helped Ink with the cooking. About 24 people were in line by now and about 31 sitting at all the tables.

"How's it like being a star sans that's working in a maid outfit?" Outer said as he appeared out of thin air and stood right next to me. "JEASUS CHRISTMAS! Don't scare me like that!" I yelled while jumping back and crossing my arms. "Sorry. Didn't mean to spook ya." Outer said while laughing a little. "D-don't laugh at me!" I could tell that my face was blushing from embarrassment. "I think you should leave before I'm caught." I said while trying to gently push outer out from behind the counter. "Fine fine. I'll leave." Outer said before teleporting away.

"You can take a break now Blue! You worked hard enough!" Muffet said from the kitchen. "Okay!" Blue replied. He finished one of the orders and than walked to the break room. I walked over to the counter and started to take the monsters orders.

-Inks POV-

I was in the kitchen and making a few new spider lemon cakes until Muffet walked up to me. "Are you okay with helping Dream out with taking orders?" Muffet asked me. I turned my head to look at her and I gave her a warm smile. "I'm fine with it." I said while walking over to the sink and washing off my hands. "Good! You can go up there now but don't worry about the lemon cakes. I'll make them." Muffet then started to work on the lemon cakes while I went to the counter.

"Hey Ink. Could you make another line?" Dream said while he was finishing on writing a order down and then sat the notebook down on the counter. I got most of the people's attention to create a second line and I started to take all their orders. About 10 or 15 minutes later I felt someone tug on my arm. I turned my head to took at them and Dream was tugging on my arm. "Dream I'm trying to take someone's order-" I paused when I saw Dreams face. His eyes had really small stars in them and he whispered something.

"It's them...." Dream said while pointing at the crowd of people. I looked into the crowd. I didn't see anyone until some monster walked to the side a little and I saw a few people. I squinted my eyes and I felt my nonexistent soul drop and my eyes go wide. Nightmare, Dust, Horror, Fell, Cross, Killer, and Error stood by the door and were talking about something. I grabbed Dreams shoulder and crouched down under the counter, Dream doing the same thing also.

"Just act normal and DONT show your face" I said while whispering to him. He nodded and we both got back up. We both started to take orders again and we noticed something was off. The two lines started to move to the side and we noticed that they were pushing people aside and getting to the front of the line. Me and Dream quickly ducked out head down to where you couldn't really tell who we were.

"Well look who dragged the cat out the bag. Some skeletons decided to work for this place." Nightmare said while leaning against the counter. "You know. Y'all do look nice in those dresses~" Nightmare started to get close to us. Causing up to back up. "What's the matter? You afraid?~" Nightmare than reached his hand towards Dream. Dust quickly grabbed Nightmare's arm and pulled it back.

"Hands to yourself Nightmare. You can't just go touching girls whenever you like." Dust said with a stern voice and letting go of Nightmare's arm. "Did you forget that I'm the prince." Nightmare said with a annoyed voice. "Yeah. The ex prince." Dust's voice also had an annoyed tone to it. "Guys can we just get some food." Horror said. "Yes we can. Unless they give me their number." Nightmare while turning his head to Horror. "What did I just say Nightmare!" Dust yelled. "Fine fine. Just give me a minute to think about what I want." Nightmare looked up at the menu. I looked over at Dream and noticed that he was handing a piece of paper to Dust. Dust than mouthed thank you to Dream.
