Hangover

I didn't plan on updating again so soon, but I just wanted to do a lil part 2 for the last one (❁'◡'❁)

(Your Name) POV

My (eye color) irises made their appearance as I awoke from my, rather peaceful, sleep. It's usually really cold whenever I go to bed, so I often times don't sleep too well. Kai keeps the air blasting everyday because it slows the growth of bacteria and viruses. Although, last night I was actually really warm.

As I blinked the sleep out of my eyes, I looked around and noticed this was definitely not my room. I tried to sit up so I could look at my surroundings better, but something very firm was clasped around my waist. It was then when I felt someone's warm breath on the back if my neck.

'Oh yeah, I'm in Kai's room.'

My back was pressed up against Kai's chest, and his face was buried in the back of my neck. His arm was wrapped firmly around my waist, and his legs entanglement with mine.

'I guess that explains why I was able to sleep so good. He's really warm.'

As much as I wanted to stay here, I knew Kai's hangover was probably going to be pretty bad, so I opted to go get him some painkillers and water.

But there was just one problem.

He won't let me go.

Everytime I tried to move, even if it was only a little bit, his grip around my waist tightened and he'd pull me even closer to his chest. How he was able to do this in his sleep, I will never know.

After some time-and lots of squirming-I had managed to turn and lay on my back, but that didn't really help much. Now Kai's grip around my waist is insanely tight while his face is buried in the side of my neck.

"Kai, for the love of God, please let go of me so I can get up."

I could tell he's only half asleep now by the way he just grumbled and buried his face deeper into the side of my neck. Plus, if he was fully awake, he wouldn't have held me for this long. I sighed and started running my fingers through his hair while gently shaking my shoulder to wake him up.

"Kai, love, I really need you to let me get up."

Now mostly awake, Kai finally untangled himself from me. He let out a pained groan as he rolled over onto his back and slung his arm over his eyes.

"Your head hurt, devil?"

He slowly nodded.

"I'll go get you some painkillers, and water. Be right back."

He didn't say anything, just let out grunt in acknowledgement.

As I entered the common room to go towards the kitchen for access to the medicine cabinet, I was met with a series of painful groans.
