Migz: Good night, Abu!
He gives her a kiss before helping her up the van. Doña Mirza takes her seat.
She lovingly taps Miguel on the left cheek with her index finger like she did when he was a kid.
Migz smiles.
Doña Mirza: Good night, Miguel.
Doña Mirza smiles back at him.
Migz slides the door of the van shut.
The van pulls out of the driveway and through the wrought iron gates of Casa de Arrastia to bring Doña Mirza home.
Migz walks towards the gate and onto the sidewalk to see the van off.
"Hey... Can we talk? Please?"
Migz turns around to find the source of that familiar voice standing by the gate.
Migz: Pagod ako, Greg.
Migz's tone is very dismissive.
Gregory: Ngayon naman pagod? It's either ini-iwasan mo 'ko, magsu-sungit ka or—
Migz: Para naman maka-halata ka.
His mood shifts. The more Gregory forces the issue, the more he gets on Migz's nerve.
Migz grips onto one of the grills of the gate and attempts to close it on Gregory.
Gregory: Do you hate me that much?
Gregory grabs Migz's forearm. Stopping him.
Migz turns to face him.
Migz: Hate you?
He takes a deep breath before looking Gregory in the eyes.
Migz: Na-isip mo ba yung ginawa mo?
Migz is trying to his best to keep his voice down.
Gregory: So we're back to that again—
Migz grabs one half of the big gate and pulls it shut.
Migz: Tang-ina, Greg —halatang hindi mo nga na-isip.
The left half of the wrought iron gate divides them.
Gregory is left outside on the sidewalk while Migz is inside the driveway.
Gregory: Puwede bang—
Migz: User ka, Greg.
Gregory could not believe the words coming out of Migz's mouth.
Migz grabs the other half of the gate.
Migz: At ang masakit doon, ako pa ang ginamit mo. Buti sana kung katawan ko lang, pati damdamin ko —pati pangarap ko— lahat yan pinag-laruan mo!
Migz shuts the gate on Gregory.
Gregory: Migz... Look... Uhhmmm about the money, I'll give you your share.
Gregory's hands clutch the wrought iron grills.
Gregory: Migz, wala naman sa 'kin yung pera—
Migz: Wala sa 'yo yung pera?
He shakes his head. His hands on his waist.
Migz: Pero ano ba yung ginawa mo?
He asks.
Gregory: Oo na!
Greg rattles the gate out of frustration. He grabs his hair with both his hands and squats on the sidewalk.
