Migz: Buti naman umabot ka pa?
Migz says to Drake as he walks in trough the main door of Casa Arrastia. The praying of the novena for the second day has already begun. The voices of women praying in unison fills the air.
Drake checks his watch.
Drake: Hey, I said 5:00 pm.
Drake reasons out to Migz.
Migz: 5:10 na.
Migz shows Drake the time displayed on his watch.
Drake: Kailangan super on time?
He asks him, slightly irate.
Migz: Yung on time, 4:00 pm.
Migz almost mumbles to himself while avoiding Drake's gaze.
Drake: I said I couldn't make it at 4:00 pm. Ano bang hindi malinaw with what I said?
Migz just shrugs his shoulders at Drake.
Ate Bibang: Migz, excuse, may tanong si Aling Azon.
Ate Bibang interrupts their silence.

Odette: Hi, Drake.
She greets Drake the soonest she reaches him. Drake's busy checking the photos he just took on the LCD display of his camera.
Drake: Hey! Odette, right? I've been meaning to speak with you.
He tells her.
Odette: Really? Why?
There's always this giddy excitement with the way Odette speaks.
Drake: Di ba you're this year's Reina de las Flores? May I interview you? It's for my thesis kasi.
Drake asks her.
Odette: I see...
She thinks about it for a moment; her lips pouting as her eyes look up.
Odette: What's in it for me?
Drake is taken aback with her question.
Drake: Huh? Uhhmmm— Is there anything you want?
He struggles to find an answer and ends up asking her.
She laughs at the befuddled expression on Drake's face.
Odette: Gagieee, biro lang.
She taps his right forearm as she keeps laughing.
Odette: You should see your face.
Drake chuckles.
Drake: For a moment there akala ko—
Odette: So you're from South Korea nga? For reals?
She interrupts him with one of those ubiquitous questions.
Drake: Yup! Pero to get it out of the way, I'm half Korean half Pinoy.
He explains as he gestures if he can take her picture by raising his digital SLR camera.
She nods, poses, and Drake snaps away.
Odette: You know what, I've never met a half KoreaNoy before. Is that politically correct? KoreaNoy? Mostly half Japanese ang mga kilala ko.
Odette tells him and asks in between poses.
Drake: Don't worry. Dumadami na kami.
He jokingly replies before taking another photo of her.
