Today was like a rollercoaster ride. Yung ang dami mong hindi ini-expect na mga bagay na biglang sasabog na parang bomba while you are living your life in great silence. After the shopping and all, para akong binuhusan ng napakalamig na tubig seeing the past bombarded the present. I tossed my shirt and took a cup of vodka to ease what I'm feeling. Ayokong maraming iniisip kasi nga it might affect my preparation in going to Japan for a mission. Abby would not be happy lung nakikita niya akong nagpapakalunod sa alak and all. I keep on recalling what I could possible remember while nasa ampunan ako before being a full-pledged and legally 'De Leon'. Walang nasabi si Mamay tungkol sa mga magulang ko kung buhay pa nga ba o patay ang mga ito. Everything was like a gunshot from left to right. Nakakalito.

What the heck her friend is calling me?
"Thank goodness you answered!" sambit ni Corinne.
"Ba't ka ba napatawag? May kailangan ka ba??" tanong ko.
"Please don't be shock..." tugon nito.
"Go on...."
There was instant silence na para bang may nakaambang sumabog ulit ng di ko alam.
She sighed. "MAGGIE is pregnant..."
"Alam na namin ni Abby yun. Wala bang bago?" I blurted.
"YOU ARE THE FATHER!" she admitted in a bang.
Oh f****** hell! Am I hearing it right? Ako ang tatay ng ipinagbubuntis ni Maggie? This is really hilarious. Paano ba mabubuntis ang babaeng hindi ko minsang ginalaw? Today was really insane. Corinne pacified me at the moment it sulks me over.
"Paanong ako Corinne? We haven't had s**. This is too much!" bulalas ko sa galit.
"She went on an IVF procedure sa St. George. Hindi ko rin inakala na magagawa niya yun..." pag-amin ni Corinne.
"IVF? St. George? I remember now... at paanong hindi ako ang tatay eh kaming dalawa ang pumunta nu'n dati... 3 months ago bago pa nagkagulo relasyon namin..." I mumbled.
Shame flustered upon my cheeks na biglang magpabagsak ng luha ko. Tatay na ako ng batang hindi ko alam na mabubuo sa kataksilan ko kay Abby. This is so unfair. Bakit ngayon pang paalis pa kami? Ano bang pinaplano mo Maggie? This is an instant chaos. Instead of staying up with Corinne, I tried to contact someone na may alam sa kondisyon na meron si Maggie at siya ang pwedeng magsabi sa akin ng mga totoong nangyari.
"Dra. Marasigan? Can I ask you about Margaret Lopez' IVF transaction with you?"
"No problem, Dr. De Leon. Based from the result, naging successful naman ang kinalabasan ng sample ninyung dalawa and Ms. Lopez came back here for her injection last week of July." she reported.
