The Move (A Grier FanFiction)

Chapter Seven

*Back to the event*
*Hayes POV*
We were on stage messing around about to do fan questions. I saw these two signs but I couldn't quite read them because there was no light in that direction.

We started answering some questions when one of the girls with the sign wanted to ask one.

"Okay you there?" I said pointing to the girl.

The light went over in that direction and I looked at the girl. She was beautiful. I couldn't keep my eyes off of her.

She must've forgotten about the question because the man had to tap her shoulder.

When she started to speak it was like hearing angels talk.

"Oh yeah right, sorry. I'm hi m-my names McKenzie a-and I would first just l-like to uh say t-that I love you guys, and I can't thankyou enough for making me happy and keeping me 3 months clean but my question is um what's your favourite fall vegetable?" She asked. I could tell she was nervous because her voice was shaky and she was stuttering.

I answered "Well I think I can speak for all of us when we say that we are grateful for making you happy and glad for helping you throughout those three months. Stay strong beautiful. And um I think my favourite fall vegetable is a sweet potato?" I laughed a little at that and I could see her face go bright red.

I didn't lose eye contact with her at all and from why I could tell she had really pretty eyes.

I was pulled back to reality when Nash asked her what her sign said.

She read out hers and her friends sign and I smiled so big. She said I was her future boyfriend.

My first instinct was to run down there. I hesitated but I did and I gave her a big hug and told her to stay strong and that I love her. I kissed her forehead and went back up onstage.

The rest of the show I couldn't stop looking/glancing over at her. Luckily she only caught me a few times.

The event wa now over and it was time for the meet and greet. I was really hoping that McKenzie, I think tht was her name, had passes.

As time went by I noticed a familiar face in the line.. McKenzie.

After a few more girls it was her turn. She ran up and jumped and wrapped her legs around me. I hugged her really tight.

She got down and we took a picture the way she wanted and honestly I loved it. We took one with me kissing her to.

It was he friend Kaite's turn now and then we took a group photo. I wanted McKenzie on my back but she thought she would brake my legs. I laughed a little but I was upset that she thought of herself as heavy.

When they were about to leave I grabbed McKenzie's wrist and hugged her again and one last time told her to stay strong.

I glanced at her poster and noticed her Instagram and twitter on there. So I out then in my notes on my phone while I could still remember them.

After the meet and greet Nash, Cam and I went back to my house. I said goodnight to everyone and went to my room.

I went on twitter and followed McKenzie and then tweeted out
"Why an amazing night. ❤️"

I then went onto Instagram and followed McKenzie. I saw that she uploaded a photo of us so I liked and commented and then reposted it.

After I saw that she liked it. I fell asleep smiling.
