Chapter 18 - The Trio

Reagan's POV*

Nagising ako nang init na init. I fell asleep on Greg's sofa nang suot pa 'yung coat ko.

I stretched my entire body. Napa-upo ako sa naramdaman ko sa paa ko. Ulo lang pala ni Greg 'yun. Naalimpungatan siya at ang sama ng tingin niya sa'kin.

"You piece of shit," sabi niya habang hawak hawak ang ulo niya.

"Headache?" I asked.

"Yes! You owe us food. Go order some," sabi niya sabay higa uli. Tumayo na ako para pumunta sa cr. I took a nice shower para naman mas fresh ako. I went inside Greg's room to change into some of his clothes just like the old times.

Nagulat ako nu'ng may narinig akong kaluskos sa likod ko. Pagtingin ko eh wala nang pambaba si Molly. It was probably hot in the room kaya siya naghubad at nagtanggal ng kumot.

My eyes widened. I quickly went out to respect her privacy. That was insane!

I was breathing heavily. I was shocked and I didn't know what to do. Greg stared at me weirdlu.

"What the fuck is wrong with you?" he asked. His hair was so messy.

"N-nothing. Just some uhh terrifying insects," I bluffed. I went inside the bathroom to put on the clothes. Naupo ako sa tabi ni Greg at nanood ng TV.

"Really? You couldn't wait?" Nagtakip si Greg ng mga mata. Sarado pa kasi ang mga kurtina at medyo madilim sa sala kaya nu'ng buksan ko ang TV, mukhang nasilaw siya.

"Whatever, Greg. Just shut up."

Molly slowly walk out of the room. She looks exhausted at parang may hangover din.

"Did you drink?" Greg asked.

"Yes, I'm sorry I drank one of your whiskeys. I just couldn't sleep. I'll pay for it," she said tying her hair up in a bun.

"No problem, sweetheart."

"Question. Did one of you enter the room?" Nanlaki nanaman ang mata ko. Sasabihin ko ba ang totoo kay Molly?

"Well, Reag—." Kinurot ko si Greg sa hita nang patago para pigilan siya.

"I almost did but I-I just didn't because I knew you were there." Was that a good lie?

Luckily, dumeretso na sa banyo si Molly. Pag lingon ko kay Greg eh nakatingin pa rin siya sa'kin na parang walang naiintindihan sa nangyayari.

"What?" I asked.

"What the fuck did just happen?" he asked back. I sighed and think real hard if I should tell him what I saw.

"Well," I stopped for a while. "I-I just saw her bottoms," I continued. Greg starts laughing. Tawang tawa siya hanggang sa sumakit na ang panga niya. Lumabas na si Molly mula sa banyo at umupo sa tabi ko. I gently moved closer to Greg dahil naiilang pa rin ako.

"What's up?" she asked.

"My friend is hilarious, Molly. Hi-fucking-larious," Greg said still dying of laughter.

"Care to share?" she asked again.

"Ah wala wala, Molly. Panglalaki lang na joke." I spoke to Molly in Tagalog para hindi na maintindihan ni Greg.

"Share mo na. Nahiya ka pa."

"Supot pa si Greg," pagsisinungaling ko. Molly started laughing hard. We both know na circumcision is not a thing here pero ilang beses kasing sinabi ni Greg na tuli raw siya. Probably because he spent so much time with me na feeling niya nakakahiya nang hindi ka tuli. He's basically becoming a Filipino dahil sa'kin.

Nagtawanan silang dalawa. I regret na pinatawa ko sila nang malala. Hindi ko na naririnig 'yung TV.

"Can you two shut up? I'm trying to watch!"

"Napaka sungit mo naman!" Molly said hitting my shoulder.

"What do you guys want for lunch?" I asked. Molly and Greg looked at each other.

"Hmm?" At sabay pa talaga sila!

"Omg twins!" they both yelled right in my ears.

"Really? Right in my ears?"

"So pikon ha," Molly said rolling her eyes.

"What food do you want?" I said. Annoyance is evident in my tone.

"Idk, get anything." Greg said. He stood up to go to the bathroom. Molly and I are left sitting on the sofa.

"Molly, may kailangan akong sabihin."

"Hmm?"

"I-I kinda s-saw your bottoms." Nanlaki ang mga mata ni Molly. Kinuha niya 'yung kumot sa tabi niya at saka itinaklob sa katawan niya.

"Don't worry. It was fully unintentional. I thought you went home last night. Actually, I can't remember anything about last night. Sorry."

"Well, thank you for being honest. Serious question, lahat nakita mo?"

"Hindi ka ba naiilang? Kasi ako, oo."

"Ano nga?" Pagpupumilit niya.

"Your behinds and a bit of your front."

"Eewww!" Bigla niyang sabi at saka tinulak ako.

"To be fair it wasn't my fault!"

"Reagan, ewww!" sabi niya pa. Bumalik na si Greg mula sa cr at nakatingin lang sa'min na parang naguguluhan.

"You guys are flirting or somethin'?"

"No, we're not! That'd be disgusting!" Pagdidiin ni Molly.

I rolled my eyes and decided to call the restaurant to order food. I paid for everything kaya napagdesisyunan kong mag-order ng pagkain na may halong ingredients na ayaw nila.

I ordered pizza na may maraming bell peppers that Molly hated tapos Hawaiian pizza naman na ayaw ni Greg because of pineapples.

They were excited to open the box nu'ng dumating. They gave me a death stare when they saw what they got.

"Really?" they both said at the same time.

They both hit me with pillows. Nanakit ulo ko sa ginawa nila.

"Well, jokes on you Reagan. I can just remove these bell peppers off my pizza," Molly said removing the bell peppers one by one. Greg did the same thing on his pizza.

"What the hell was that pillow hitting for?"

"Just to punish you," Molly said as she took a bite on her pizza.

"Jerk," Greg said.

We finished our pizza. It is about time for me and Molly to go home since we have to go back to our jobs.

"That was a good stay, Greg. Thank you for inviting me in," Molly said before heading out.

"Thanks again, bro. I'll see you again," sabi ko kay Greg at saka namin ginawa 'yung handshake namin.

Molly and I rode a cab. Inuna ko na siyang ihatid.

"I'm really sorry for what happened," sabi ko sa kanya.

"No worries. Just don't mention it ever again," she replied before heading in.

I walked home. It was a nice stay with Greg and Molly except the fact that I saw her bottoms.
