Chapter 14: Awakening of a Dragon

Vulcan P.o.V:

I was currently closing up the store for the night. As I was beginning to finish the store for the night. I looked over to see Anubis and Saffron looking me concerned.

"Is something wrong you two?"

Anubis: "Dad Why are you so calm? I mean Y/n might need us right now?!"

I begin to smirk and walk to them.

"Don't worry kiddo Y/n doesn't need us to fight for him."

Saffron: "But remember Y/n's condition.."

"I remember.. but Y/n will be fine.."

Anubis: "How could you be so sure."

"Heh it's because Y/n is no ordinary Salamander faunus.." I began to walk to the living room, this statement caused the kids to get very confused.

Saffron: "What do you mean?"

I go over to the t.v and move it to the side reveal a secret safe.

"Heh...I had my suspicions before..but now I am certain"

I open the safe and take out an old book of legends and folklore.

I sat down on the couch and the kids crowd to look as I turn to a certain page.

The page showed a little salamander underneath a pile of flame.

"You see their was an old Faunus legend...before the kingdom of Atlas, there was a group of nomads who was walking thru the frozen mountain. The nomad set down for the night and began to start a fire. But once the fire burned small salamanders with tail burning bright with fire soon were born from the flames. The nomads were at first terrified of the very small creature.  But the creature came close instead of attacking they helped the very humans. Keeping them warm for the night. The nomads soon and small creatures made a symbiotic relationship and the nomads decided to call the creature Atlares. They lived there in piece until one day. The Atlares soon grew ill and their flames weakened.  The humans thought their friends and tried to tend to the Atlares sickness. Suddenly a tribe of Bandits known as the Branwen's attacked and the innocent people catching them off guard. All hoped seemed lost for the human. But..a miracle happened the small lizards heard the call of their friends and grew into Mighty Dragons to defend their friends. With the might of dragons they were able to push the Branwen tribe away. The Atlares were able to protect their friends. But at what cost. All the dragon's had suffered the most of injuries to protect there friends and home and they soon past away. The nomad's had given the Atlares buried their comrades and in there honor..named their kingdom Atlas in the name of the mighty dragons that protected them."

I look at Anubis and Saffron and smile at them.

"Y/n is was chosen by destiny to be the very incarnation of the Altares to protect all he had sworn to protect.

3rd P.o.V back with you

Anubis:'I'm sure of that."

You stand before the Atlas mech and your friends, your orange hair get blown by as a gentle breeze blew past you. You no longer had the same faunus form as before. You now had two orange horns on the side of your head instead of your single red horn. You also had a long orange tail with tail burning brightly on the tip of it. But more importantly you had Two large massive Wings and not the fluffy kind. It was more a kin to Reptile wings.

Team RWBY, Whitley, Sun and Neptune look in amazement and disbelief at the sight of Y/n's new form.

Whitley: "I-Is that B-big brother?!"

Weiss:  "He looks so different. H-how is that possible?!"

As we look at Y/n, Roman glares in anger and begins to target you with it's heat seeking missiles. He soon launches all of his missiles at you and the others. They braces themselves for the attack. But before they could hit you all. You move your arm and as you did a huge gust of hot winds blast which blows the missiles away causing them to self detonate early.

As the missiles exploded you start to charge straight at the mech. You suddenly jumped into the air and stretch out your wings and started to take to the air. You felt the wind swirling around Emperor's Wrath, claws extending made entirely made out of wind moving at high speed. You get close and as you past by the Atlas Mech you quickly slash rip right through all the weapons on the Atlas Mech.

Ruby: "WOAH Y/N NEVER DID THAT BEFORE!!"

Sun: "What the hell have you guys been feeding Y/n?!"

Blake: "Well he hasn't eaten it....." *whisper last part* "yet.."

Neptune: "Wait what's he doing now?"

You soar into the air and you charge right in front of the Atlas Mech. You clenched your claw into a fist and concentrated all the wind into your fist.

"ILLUYANKA..." The front mini Cyclone form the head of a Dragon* "FURY!!!!" You swung your cyclone fist straight at the Atlas Mech, The head of the cyclone roars and launches it'self extending  it's tornado serpent-like body straight into the Mech pushing it back and seen pierces right thru the Atlas mech. "IGNITE!!" You grip your fist and soon your cyclone soon ignites into flame. The flame climbs thru the body of the tornado. Soon the cyclone roars echo thru the air completely destroying the Atlas Mech. But you look and witness Roman's begin to crumble like a shatter glass as the flame dissipated.
 

You look around and see a bullhead flying away from the area. You notice in the bullhead a girl with pink and brown hair with Roman Torchwick. You could chase after them but you looked over to the others who look like they are struggling to get up. You dived down towards the other and shift back to human form as you land running over to them.

Your P.o.V:

You run over to the others concerned of your friends and families injuries.

"Guys are you all alright?"

Blake: *walks up to you and kisses your cheek* "We are okay, are you alright?"

"I'm fine...look I just wanted to say..."

Yang: "Don't Y/n, you don't need to apologize for running away."

Weiss: "Yeah you need some space.."

Ruby and Whitley run over to you their eyes sparking with amazement.

Whitley: "BIG BROTHER YOU WERE SO COOL!!!"

Ruby: "ROMAN WAS ALL PEW PEW!!"

WHITLEY: "AND YOU WERE ALL SWOOSH, AND ALL LIKE FWOOSH!!"

You begin to smile and laugh at the Ruby and Whitley's gestures. You pat on your little brother's head and look at the others.

"It's getting late let head back to Beacon and rest up for the night it's been a long day.."

Everyone nods in agreement and began to walk away back to Beacon, But you slowly stop yourself and look around noticing two guys are missing.

"Wait a minute where the hell is the blue haired dude and Sun..."
