Nagising ako sa hindi pamilyar na kwarto at puro puti ang kisame at pader nito.

Narinig ko rin ang mga tunog ng makina and that's when I realized that I am in a hospital.

Why I am here?

Then a heart break scene flash like a flood came rush to my mind.

Gaya ng inaasahan ko ay muli akong umiyak dahil sa sobrang sakit at bigat sa puso ko.

A sound came from a door stop me.

"Finally, your awake" nakangiting bungad saken ng lalaking nakasuot ng puting mataas na damit.

A doctor probably. But he's somewhat familiar to me... Where did I saw him?

"How are you?" He asked me as he was busy checking me.

"I-im fine b-but how about my baby?" Nagaalalang tanong ko.

"Oh about that" he looked at me pity.

W-what's with that face?

"I have a good news and bad news for you but first of all let me introduce myself to you" he smiled.

"I don't need to know you, I need to know if my baby was fine" madiin kong sabi.

"Woah! Can't you just at least be thankful that I saved you?" Namamanghang tanong niya.
Kumunot ang noo ko sa tanong niya.

"Ah yeah! I understand if you don't remember it since you've been sleeping for two weeks" namilog ang mga mata ko at napabangon sa paghiga.

"Two weeks? Two weeks akong tulog?" Gulat kong tanong na tinanguan niya.

"You've been stressing yourself about I don't know when you already knew that you're having a baby inside of you, aren't you scared that you might lose her or him if you don't take care of yourself? Did you ever consider that your baby will get affect by your emotions? The fetus is weak and if you keep stressing yourself, you might lost your baby" Panenermon niya.

Di ako nakasagot at napayuko nalang dahil tama siya. Una palang alam ko nang may bata akong dinadala and yet hindi ko man lang naisip ang kapakanan niya na maapektuhan siya sa mga pinaggagagawa ko at nagsisisi ako dahil dun.

"I-im sorry, baby. Mommy's didn't mean to harm you" lumuluhang sambit ko habang hinawakan ang tiyan.

"What's your name? You become my patient for two weeks but I didn't know your name" sabi niya.

"S-scarlet Scott..." Nagdadalawang isip pa akong kung idudugtong ko ba ang apelyido niya pero sa huli ay...

"Scarlet Scott lang" muling sabi ko.

"Oh nice meeting you, miss Scott,my patient. I am Lucas Roswell, your doctor" pakilala niya at yumukod pa kunyari na parang isa akong prinsesa na dapat igalang.

"Loko ka! May payuko yuko pa talagang nalalaman" natatawang sambit ko.

"Oh it's nice to see you smiling ang laughing, miss Scott" ngumiti lang ako.

"Let's get back to the good news and bad news" biglang sumeryoso ang mukha niya.

"Your health was fine according to the test result I conduct so no need to worry about that and the bad news is..." He thrilled off and starred at me as if he was saying that I should ready my self.

"A-anong b-bad news?"

"The baby was.... gone" mahinang sabi niya habang diretso ang tingin saken pero kahit mahiba iyon ay tama lang para marinig ko yun.
