Allison's POV – 2 weeks later

I've been working at the shop for the past two weeks and it felt so good getting under a car again.

It was really good to be back in Roadkill's presence. I've been avoiding all things the club and I plan on keeping it that way.

Bella keeps asking me to go to some of the parties or go and hang out and I find an excuse not to.

The shop was different. They had some of the brothers working here but some who weren't associated with the club as well.

School starts in a few weeks at Crimson and I would have to start working nights at the shop. Roadkill was fine with that because he was just happy, I was back.

It was a little after 6p and we were closing shop. I pulled off my coveralls and tossed them in the washer with the other guys and started it.

"Are you coming to the club house tonight? We're patching in a few prospects. I'm sure you remember how those parties get."

I shook my head.

"I have homework."

"I'm proud of you, kiddo. Really."

I smiled up at him as we locked up shop. I turned around to see my father and mother sitting in their car in front of us.

Roadkill whistled and put his hand on my shoulder.

"Goodluck."

I couldn't help but let out a humorless laugh. I walked up to my parent's car.

"There were rumors saying you were back." My mother said not even looking at me.

"They're not rumors if it's true." I replied.

"Why didn't you stop by?"

"Because there's nothing for us to talk about."

My mothers head snapped in my direction.

"I am your mother."

"You're the woman who birthed me. There's a difference. But I'm not having this conversation with you. There was a reason I didn't show up and let you know I was back in town."

She scoffed and my father just sat there as usual not saying anything. He was her little lap dog. He married into her family's money and now he was too far deep with her.

"You will come over for dinner tomorrow evening. Your sister and Chuck will be there."

"I have plans."

"Not anymore. Don't push my buttons Allison."

"Whatever."

"You mean yes ma'am."

"No, I said what I meant."

I pushed away from her vehicle and got onto the back of my motorcycle. I felt her judging eyes as I started it up. I sped off in front of her car and went back to Bella's. I was going to stay in and do homework but after that I need a drink.

I guess I was going to break my promise to myself and go to the club house. But first I needed to shower and change.

I got off the bike in front of the club house and stared up at the place I used to call home. I put my helmet on my seat and fixed up my hair before heading inside.

The party was already started and there were sugar baby's half naked walking around and old ladies near the back booth.

I looked around and smiled because everything was exactly the same.

"ALLI!!!!!" I looked up at Bella who was already tipsy.

She started stumbling towards me.

"Have a drink with me." She swung her hand around my shoulders. I laughed and followed her to the bar.

The prospect behind the bar had to be about 19 or so. He asked what I wanted, and I went with my go to.

"Jack and Coke."

He mixed my drink and then poured 4 shots for Bella.

"Two for you and Two for me."

I laughed as we downed the shots together and I chased it with my jack and coke.

But then we met up with a few of her friends and some of the more emotionally mature sugar baby's and that's when it went a little chaotic.

I downed a few more shots which was all chased with my jack and coke.

The liquor was now flowing through me like the Mississippi River and my whole body felt the tingles that make your body go numb.

Then my favorite song echoed through the speakers. I gave myself some space from the table and started bobbing my head and moving my hips.

'You know, I love it when you're down on your knees.

And I'm, a junkie for the way you please.

You shut, me up, when you swallow me down.

My back to the wall, you're going to town!

I almost told you that I loved you!

Thank God I didn't cause it would've been a lie.

I say the damnest things, when you're on top of me.

I almost told you that I loved you.

I hate, to say it, but it has to be said.

You look, so fragile as I fuck with your head.

I know, it shouldn't but it's getting me off.

If sex is the drug, then what is the cost?!'

Bella and her friends joined me as we began singing the song at the top of our lungs while dancing. I could feel the eyes staring at us but I didn't care.

The only place I've ever felt comfortable enough to get this drunk was here. One thing the last 4 years taught me was that Devils Creed was my family. They were my home.

I almost told you that I loved you!

Thank God I didn't cause it would've been a lie.

I say the damnest things, when you're on top of me.

I almost told you that I loved you.

I'm not the one that you want.

not the one that you need.

my love is like a fucking disease.

you can give me your hand,

you can make your demands.

I'm the hardest mother fucker to please!

The song was over, and we head back to the table we started at. We were laughing up a storm about what just happened, and it felt so good to relax.

"I thought you were staying home to do homework." I saw Roadkill walk up with Nancy.

"Then I had a conversation w-with my mother." I said stumbling over my words.

He shook his head and smiled. But the smile didn't meet his eyes.

"You're d-d-disappointed in me." My smile fell.

"Absolutely not. You need to let loose and I'm glad that you trust us enough to do that. But I do think you should probably get some water and maybe go lay down. You're too drunk to drive."

I nodded in agreement. I looked at my phone pulling it far and near trying to get my eyes to focus. The time read 2:21am.

Nancy came back with water and I downed it quickly.

"So, what room should I take?" I asked.

"I'll have one of the guys take you. Wait here."

But I didn't wait there.
