Where you will receive the same injuries as your soulmate, except deadly ones.
Heiji x Shinichi

Heiji Hattori didn't ask much for his life, but whenever he did, you can be sure it's something urgent.
For example, could his soulmate stop being attracted to danger and pain?
Because apparently you will share the same injuries your soulmate receives, especially Heiji's face and upper body was decorated with rather long or small and sometimes very deep scars.
He could be glad that there wasn't something lethal yet, even through some of the injuries were really close to becoming dangerous ones.
But still, Heiji had a hard time explaining to his parents, the doctors and nurses and his best friend Kazuha why all those scars, bruises and injuries overall appear from time to time. All of them knew about the soulmates concept, but they also thought it was definitely not normal to visit the hospital so often like Heiji did.
He also wished that some of his wounds wouldn't stay permanent and why must he experience pain during an important lesson or when he's groceries shopping, where everyone can witness with horror how he started to hiss or even yell in pain and they didn't know how do react to a stranger doing so.
Heiji had already decided to give his soulmate an earful whenever he was about to meet them someday.
From what Heiji had gathered about his soulmate despite never meeting them before, was that they must play some sport, presumably a ball sport. And for the other things like getting stabbed a lot or even shot, he hoped they had the perfect explanation, which wasn't also outrageous either.
And it wasn't like Heiji didn't behave careful either. He often got injured while doing kendo. Even though they weren't as painful as the one he received thanks to his soulmate, they must still ask themselves why they also had to deal with someone troublesome.
Especially when Heiji got unlucky and ran into criminals, who liked to throw a lot with their dangerous items like knives and pistols and one of them really used an ax- a horrifying occurrence.
Maybe Heiji and his soulmate need to talk a lot about their tendency on getting injured. A lot.

It was another normal day, with the sun shining yet not with a extremely hot weather, clouds and a slow breeze of wind giving everyone their freshness they needed. It was the perfect weather to just go through the park and maybe take a much needed, little nap on the soft grass.
Heiji still wore his school gear, consisting of the grey slacks, the white bottom up shirt and his dark grey gakuran, which he took of to prepare an impromptu cushion and placed it onto the grass.
Luckily for him, not many had the same idea as Heiji, even though he saw several families holding a gathering with lots of food for many people. It was prone to become annoyingly loud, especially since there were also many children present, but Heiji was prepared. He pulled his headphones from his bag to put them in his ear and played a podcast of his favourite mystery novels. Heiji tried to listen to it for some time, before the tiredness overcame him and he fell asleep.
Heiji didn't know how long he had slept, but the constant rutting on his body and some unfamiliar voices made him disturb his peaceful slumber and he opened his eyes in annoyance. He groaned some curses before getting on his butt and scanning his surroundings.
