||3RD POV||
She sighs as she gazes out of the window of her bedroom, she got a slight cold since she didn't cover up properly after the game as she drove home two days ago. She ran a normal fever while sneezing or coughing here and there, nothing much but her brother is a little bit overprotective of her and forced her to stay at home while he went to his university to attend his classes for the day. She smiled at hoe her brother was worried for her this morning when he heard her loud sneezes and coughs from his room, or how he forced her to stay in bed and take a day off from school. She didn't know how long she's been staring out of the window after she woke up again but she could see that it was around 4 PM or so.
She pulls the covers off of her legs as she got out of the bed and she shivers ever so slightly as she felt a breeze pass her by, she walked out of her room as she sneezed. Her bare feet touch the stairs with each step she takes as she carefully walks down it, she reaches the kitchen and noticed a plate with something covering it and a note was next to it. Her feet took her to the table where the plate was on and she picked up the note, her eyes flicker as she read it silently and a teasing smile appeared on her lips as she murmured while glancing at the plate, "This man... He really is a worried brother and I think its time for him to get a girlfriend or something."
She crumpled the note as she grabbed the plate, she took off the container and was met with a cold plate of waffles and cream on it with strawberries. She grinned as she placed the plate into the microwave and turned the nob the 30 seconds or so, she started to make herself a cup of coffee as she waited for it to finish warming up. She stirred the black coffee with a teaspoon as she finished it, her ears perked up when she heard the microwave beep. She abandoned the coffee and took out her plate of now warm waffles, she grabbed her coffee with eating utensils as she heads towards the dining table.
She leaned over the counter to switch on the radio and turned it to her favorite Korean station, soft music started to escape the device and she leaned back as she started to eat the dish that her brother made for her. She hummed to the words as she finished the waffles with a grin on her face, she got up and placed the dishes into the sink with a bounce in her steps. She coughed a bit as she went back to the counter, she listened to the songs as she drank her black coffee in a relaxing manner. She was shocked when she heard a knock on the door, she raised a brow as she placed her cup down as she got up from the chair.
She walked towards the door and opened with a raised brow and curious eyes, they widen when she saw the first years standing there with sheepish smiles. Hinata and Kageyama stepped forward as they held out piles of papers, she was taken back by how Hinata spoke with excitement, "Since you didn't come to school for the past two days, we decided to bring your homework for you." She took the papers from them as she stared at it for a second, she smiled brightly as she tried to hold back a cough, her voice was a bit strained, "Thank you, you two. But I think its best for you guys to get going, I don't want you guys to catch my cold."
The rest heard the music from the kitchen as songs started to play from the radio but it came out soft from where they were, she walked back into the house while saying, "I'll be back to normal by tomorrow, have a great evening further on." They nod and went their separate ways but glanced at the house that was slightly granted yet it looked normal. She sighed deeply as she leaned against the door, she felt herself get hotter by the minute and she walked back to the kitchen, she stumbled a few times but successfully made to the chair. Painfully, she finished her drink as she listened to the songs and her thoughts were going wild.
{THE NEXT DAY}
She was walking around the school with a bright aura around her and today, her hair was in a tight bun that was at the back of her head. As usual, her bag was slung over one shoulder while her stockings were thigh-high, she had her glasses on today since she thought it would be a good day to get used to her new glasses. No, she didn't have contacts but her eyes sight was the very opposite, but she was still recommended to wear them and knowing her, she doesn't. She heads towards the gymnasium and exclaimed as she opened the door, "I'm back!" She didn't get an answer and raised a brow when she saw everyone stare at her with wide eyes.
