||3RD POV||

Her breath hitches a bit and her throat was dry as she stared at the male on the other side of the net, he was amused by her and she opened her mouth to say something but nothing came out. She heard Taeyang's voice and her world became clear, "Aya, get up! Play on and destroy them!" Hurriedly, she got up and took her deep breath as she returned to her position, her expressions were shifting between scared and emotionless. She didn't like this, how small she was currently feeling made her want to vomit.

The cheering wasn't helping at all with the situation, Taeyang could see that Tendou did this on purpose to throw her off the bat. He clenched his fist in anger that they did this, it was almost as if he was seeing the same scene that he saw when they were playing that horrible match where she got injured by that bastard of a boyfriend. Ohira was about to serve, Daichi got it and she trotted towards the ball, she tosses towards Kagayama in silence.

Her eyes caught a glimpse of how Tendou and Goshiki blocked the ravenette, she started at the ground with a blank face and Taeyang went to talk to Ukai. Meanwhile, Ohira did a jumpserve again, which Daichi received again. She felt something stir inside of her and without warning, she pushed Hinata away, stealing his toss. She looked straight into Tendou's eyes and he felt goosebumps rise on his body as he watched how they slowly turned into something that he never has encountered.

The two blocked out how everyone was taken back by her sudden move, he tried to figure out where she was going to hit but he couldn't. She brought her hand down and he barely missed it, the ball, unfortunately, hit outside of the backline by a centimetre. As she lands on the ground, it was quiet until her slightly crazed laughter slowly filled the place. She brushes her hair out of her face as a new personality took over, Taeyang watched with cautious eyes and slowly walked to the court as she spoke, "Man, getting in despair is so much more fun than trying to keep everything together."

She didn't even look over her shoulder when her male friend was a few feet away from her, "Taeyang, sweetheart, do me a favour." He froze and everyone watched how she turned her head slowly with a kind smile on her lips, however, her words were cold and harsh, "Leave me the fuck alone. I can handle this, even if I'm like this." Slowly, she looked over her shoulder at him and his breath hitched as his eyes grew wider by the passing second. A bead of sweat rolled off of her slightly natural pale skin and her eyes gleamed with mischief and snow, she looked frightening to him, he had never seen this side of her.

Meanwhile, Hitoshi muttered as he stood from the stands, "Oh, dear. It seems that she broke the second chain, this could end badly." He stuffed his hands in his pockets and a large smirk stretched over his lips as he watched how his fellow male teammate take a few steps back as he stared at her. He slightly lifted his head with a dark look and added as the whistle blew, "The fallen angel has fully turned into the demon that she was supposed to be in the past." She turned her attention to Tendou who stared at her with narrowed eyes, she snapped her canine-like teeth at him and he was taken back by her sudden action.

Taeyang never felt so afraid of someone in his life, he clutched his shirt, just above his fast heartbeat, he felt cold sweat drip down his face as he continued to back away from her. Her attention turned to Hinata who shivered when he saw those frightening yet majestic eyes, her voice was velvety yet apologetic, "Sorry for stealing the toss." He nods as he watched in silence as she walked back to her position, the others were nervous when the situation got worse. They didn't expect her to do that, it was unnerving for anyone.

She tilts her head a bit as she cracked her neck loudly, the buzzer went off as Takeda called a time out. She was walking the behind her male teammates while Shiratorizawa went to their coach, many of their members glanced at the silent yet calculating female. She listened to how Daichi yelled as she silently gulped the cold liquid down, "We're going to cut them off on the next one!" She noticed Kageyama's expression and questioned with a raised brow while taking the bottle away from her slightly red-tinted lips, "Hey, Kageyama, what's wrong with your face?" He had flames in the background while his face was dark and frustrated, it was clear to her when he answered without looking at her, "Nothing's wrong."
