Dean Winchester became a father to a healthy baby boy named Callum Morgan Winchester on April first, 2000.
He'd been sat in the waiting room of a hospital, his father and brother sat on each side of him. His girlfriend, Morgan Allen, was having his child, but Dean had been asked to leave when the power went out.
"What'd you think it's gonna be?" Sam asked Dean, who was bouncing one of his legs up and down.
"No idea." Dean replied.
They sat in silence, waiting on some news. And then the doctor walked out of the room.
"Mr Winchester, can I talk to you?" The doctor asked. Dean nodded before getting up and following her down the dark corridor.
"Is anything wrong, Doc?" Dean questioned, noting the sombre look on her face.
"Morgan didn't make it." She told him. Dean looked down, taking in the sudden news.
"And the baby?" Dean asked after a moment.
"A healthy baby boy." The doctor told him. "Would you like to meet your son?"
