Wayne Manor, Gotham City.

"Willow? Willow where are you?" M'gann screamed over the mindlink.
"I'm gonna go look for her," Superboy said, running back inside my house. We were in the gardens, trying to fight whoever this fire guy was. But it's kind of hard to fight someone when you can't even see them.
I saw a silhouette, tall and skinny, and leaped at them, but they dodged back into the flames. This was starting to get kind of annoying. I did a cartwheel to avoid a blast of flame, but some of it hit my wing tissue, and I crashed into Zatanna.
"Where are you Willow?" I thought as we got up, "You're the best chance we've got against...whoever this is."
"I'm looking for her in the manor's front hall," Superboy reported over the mindlink. "The whole place has caved in!"
"Be careful, don't bust more than you have to!" I told him.
I dived down to let Robin shoot a birdarang in the direction we'd last seen the fire come from. Just as the blade embedded itself in the tree trunk, we all heard a scream from the house.
Willow.
Miss Martian, already suffering from the heat, and staying back with Artemis to guard her and keepup the mindlink, held her head from the rush of emotion.
"What's wrong? Are you hurt?" I asked. Artemis and I helped her into the empty ballroom, away from the action.
"No...no," She shook her head, sweat running down her forehead in rivers. "It...it- it's Willow! She's...oh my gosh she's remembering something!" M'gann gasped, finding the strength to push herself up off the floor.
"Remembering what?" I asked stupidly.
"From her past!"
This time, I held my head in pain too as Willow screamed again.
"GET AWAY FROM HER! MOM!"
"WILLOW!" I cried. My friend was in pain, and I couldn't do a single thing to help.
"There's too much rubble in the way, If I punch through it, I might destabilize the whole house," Superboy reported.
"Well, do it! We need to get her out! If she loses control it could be worse than the house falling down!" Artemis told him.
"No," Connor said firmly, "The house will fall on her, and she doesn't have super strength last time I checked!"
"I'd suggest Miss M try to density shift, but if Willow loses control, then that won't be good either!" I said. Not to mention that M'gann already had a headache from Willow's trauma.
Nevertheless, Artemis and I helped M'gann towards the front of the manor, where Superboy met up with us, searching the wall of rubble for a safe spot to punch through.
Willow screamed again. "Don't you touch me!!! LET ME GO! DAD!" There was a loud noise, almost like a gunshot, from the garden.
"NO!" Willow sobbed.
"Willow!" I shouted, trying to calm my friend. I prayed that we would be able to reach her before she lost control. We didn't want her to hurt herself, or anyone else. Artemis, Superboy, and I started carefully removing rocks, a painfully long process when we could hear Willow's articulate cries just on the other side.
