Gotham City, Wayne Mansion.

~~Emma~~

I looked at my room at Wayne Manor, half the recognizable things gone. Bruce said to pack up what I wanted and move it into the cave by tomorrow. When he puts it like that, it sounds like he's getting rid of me or something, but I know he cares. In his own, weird, semi-emotionless way.

At least at the cave I'd be with Miss Martian, Superboy, Willow, and Aqualad all day. Then I remembered that Kaldur had left. Well, at least I could train with Willow.

"Do you require help, Miss Emma?" I jumped at the voice of the butler, Alfred. He's the only one who can surprise  me worse than the Joker. Not to mention he cookies are the best- EVER! Sorry Miss M.

"Thanks, but no thanks, Alfie." I smiled kindly as I hurried around, trying to look like I was still busy packing.

Alfred nodded giving me a knowing look. "Very well, but I thought to inform you that your headphones were left in the Bat-mobile again."

"Really? You're a lifesaver!" I cried. Running down the hall, In nearly knocked over an heirloom vase with my wings, which Alfred caught just in time. I had Willow to teach me about controlling the electricity, but now I needed to find someone to teach me how to use my wings. Maybe I'd finally get to meet Hawkwoman!

With my bag over my shoulder, I made my way to the cave underneath Bruce's manor. On the side of the gym, I noticed the outer door was ajar.

"One-on-one?" I heard Richard asking. I poked my head out and saw him talking to Bruce on the basketball court. Richard held a basketball and Bruce was smiling.

"If you think you can handle it," Bruce told him. I left them to their game. I guess that was Bruce's way of apologizing.

I left them to their game. It wasn't like I was moving, they'd be able to see me at the cave every day.

But maybe, just maybe, I'd miss this place.

I teleported to the mission room at Mount Justice. It was empty and quiet. Too quiet. It seemed so strange, as when we were all here there was typically a lot of noise, coming either from Wally's mouth, the training exercise of the day, or Artemis and Wally having a nice little spat. But now, it was evening, and after the last mission's failure, everyone was taking a break.

"Willow! Miss M! Superboy!" I called.

"Is that you Finch?" I heard M'gann in my mind.

"Yeah, where are you guys?" I asked, holding a hand to my head. The telepathic talking thing was still taking some getting used to.

"In the kitchen," She said simply. I dashed in that direction, past Red Tornado, who nodded in his awkward robotic way. Standing in the doorway, I paused at the strange sight. Superboy was covered in milk, cracked eggs, and who knows what else as he watched the TV static.

"Um....what happened to Supes?" I asked M'gann, who was chopping vegetables in the kitchen, and Willow, who was sulking boredly in the corner of the second green couch.

"Nothing," M'gann said a little too quickly with- was that a blush? She had changed into her typical outfit, Superboy had changed into a clean shirt and pants (not so clean anymore), but Willow was still in her jumpsuit Canary gave her.

"Okay..." I said slowly. I set my bag down and started slicing a tomato. Megan smiled at me gratefully, and we both dumped our freshly-cut produce into a pot of boiling water for a "Taco Soup" recipe Megan had printed off the internet.

I pulled apart some dinner rolls and put them in a basket while M'gann tossed a small salad. When we went to set the table, we found that Superboy had already set two places.

"S-sorry." He mumbled an apology to me and Willow. I didn't blame him. Two people moving in within three hours, not even a day. Yikes.

I got out two more place settings for me and Willow, and I asked her if she was hungry.

"Sorry I didn't help," She mumbled, staring at the soup in her bowl. She fumbled with the utensils, but at least she remembered how to use them.

M'gann, is there an empty room? Batman says I'll be staying here until I get control of my powers." I asked, swallowing the last spoonful.

"Sure! There's a room right next to Willow's, Willow, do you want to show her where it is?" M'gann suggested, practicing with her powers to move the leftovers from the pot to a tupperware container for storage in the fridge.

Willow shrugged and stood up, heading down the hallway.

"It's pretty sad how Superboy doesn't have a name, huh?" Willow asked as I caught up with her, "I mean, he's obviously been here a while, but no one seems to have asked him if he wants a new name. Yet, when I get here, everyone almost immediately agrees I should be called something other than just "Blind Girl"."

"I think he's okay with it," I told her, "I mean, "Blind girl" is certainly more offensive than naming you after one of the world's greatest superheroes."

"You have a point there," Willow stopped outside a green door and pressed a button, opening it.

"I'm next door, M'gann's on my other side, and Superboy's in the "Boy's Area." Apparently this is the "Girl's Area", " Willow remarked. The room was plain, identical to almost every other bedroom in the cave. I began to unpack on the spot, I needed some personalization. A throw pillow and a plush toy for cuddling with at night, a corner nightlight with a rainbow setting, and my iPod speaker system.

"What's that?" Willow asked, pointing to my iPod as I plugged it in.

Oh that's right. Amnesia, "It's an iPod, it plays music," I explained, pressing "play" on the stereo.

A playlist of Taylor Swift songs filled the room, and Willow just sat on my bed, listening, spellbound. It wasn't until I had finished putting a few of my favorite civvies away in the dresser that I noticed that she looked a bit uncomfortable.

"Are you okay?" I asked, turning off the music.

She shook her head, "Too loud," She said, standing up and looking around the room, "So...are you done here?" she asked as she picked at the hem of her jumpsuit sleeve

"Yeah," I said, noticing how drab the jumpsuit looked on her as she walked out.

"Hey Willow, what do you think of going shopping?" I asked.
