CHAPTER 28

★★BELLA★★

      For the last few days, we've been living like strangers, he never speaks to me. He comes home and leaves like a ghost. Appear and disappear.

       For the whole week, Bruno tempts me with a lift, but i don't agree. I prefer walking home on foot than letting him follow me because of 'you know who'.

      Today, i promise to visit my cousin, means i have to work extra by evening. I picked meeting her this morning because she has a part-time job by evening.

        "Hey bunny! Open up!" I yelled.

      She rushed to the window "you're here so quick?" She opened the door.

        "Bella... I've missed you so much, and you look bigger." She drag me cheek.

     "Ouch...! Stop it"

        "Little, you came at the wrong time, I'm about to go out." 
    
    She was wearing a fleece fabric crop top and a matching skirt. She looks beautiful, I've always admired her style. I watch her as she carefully apply the contour, linear and others.

        "Bella, how's home? I heard uncle's dead." I smile weakly.

     "Everything's alright." I say. "I'm not been bothered anymore."

      "Well that's good, and it explains why you're looking more cute" she lift my chin up. "Peace of mind?"

        "Are you free, come along with me, promise we would be back before evening. You don't go out with me a lot, let's have fun, It's all on me."

         "O...k" i remember Mr Richard telling me not to call him if i get into any trouble, there's no harm in this, she's my cousin.

    "Sit here Bella?" She said. She made me sit on the chair, facing the mirror. Help me applied make up on my face.

        "Close your eyes Bella." Opening my eyes, i see a totally different person... She's so beautiful, looks bold and sharp.

      "Yiii! You pierced a hole in your ear" she said with excitement filled in her face. I remembered him again. He helped me with this.

     "Bella is becoming wide..."

     "Don't say that bunny, I'm not. I'm still normal."
       
       "Then you have piercings, i remebered how many times i asked to help you do the piercings. Poor me, another helped you."

        "Me Richard did-" i paused.

        "Me Richard? A male?" She asked. I became quiet. "Tell me Bella, pls... Who?"
  
        I slightly bit my tongue before starting. "My room mate... His name is Richard. We live in the same house."

         "Is he gay?"

          "No, he's straight."

          "Then why on earth would you live with a boy? Do you know the dangers?" She hit her palm on her fore head. "What about home? What about Lisa?"

          I didn't want to tell her this before. "I was thrown out. Lisa and her daughter did." I bow my head down.

        "Bella, why on earth? You didn't tell me all this. You can come to live with me. You can stay here, i have no problem with that."

        Thinking of leaving Mr Richard, gives me a shiver. I already am use to there. He's crazy, but doesn't bother me much.

        "No no Bunny, i don't have a problem. And by thw way, he doesn't take me as a woman. He prefer something better than me." I sigh.

        "The ideal to commit suicide doesn't come up in a day, it's been in the mind for as long as you can think of. Be wise little sis."

         "Now come over here, check these out, what would you prefer wearing?" She asked.

      She brought out her clothes from the closet. A leather skirt and matching jacket. With a small white top,  words written backwards.

      "I better wear my dress bunny, it's OK. Rogue love is a bad thing." I say with my hands over my mouth. "Do you know?"

         "Bella, still as innocent as ever. Sweetie, it's just a Shirt."

     She searched further until she saw a  better top. "This is the best i could find." A plain crop top with no prints on.

        "But you have to wear the skirt, i think it's suits you better." After dressing up. She fall my hair over my shoulder.

       "You look so beautiful... Can we go?" I nod slightly.
        
     I stood and waited for her to get her car started. See the thing is, the car is crazy and has a mind of it's own... And now, it has refused to start. I thought she threw it the last time i was her. She was in, beating the car up, making me laugh. She has anger related issues.

        "Bella! Let's go. This stupid car from the stupid man has refused to work,we have to show it, we can leave without it. That car is a chap."

      She called a taxi. In the nect twenty minutes, we're both standing in front of a bar.

        "Lets go in." She said.

       As bright as the day is, this place is so dark, a blue.despicable light, feels like hypnosis tools, a bunch of people in different places.
I pulled my skirt down a bit, seeing a lot of flirtatious eyes around me.

       I look around, the arrangement here amuse me.

       My eyes Were searching around the whole place till i caught someone. 'Mr Richards.' He's laughing and playing pool with a bunch of guys.

       "Oh my God. What will he think when he sees me here?" I hold my face and turned back.

       "Bella, what's with you, don't act strange here, everyone feels free around. each other...you shouldn't be the weirdest here.

     She turned me by my shoulder. And my eyes meet his. His piercing gaze, into my eyes, making me feel guilty.
