The Next Morning...
It's the next day. Today we are going on a field trip to a greenhouse here in Forks. I put on a pair of black skinny jeans and a shirt that says "idk. google it." With a pink button up shirt over it and black and white adidas. I straighten my hair and do my everyday makeup.
I walk downstairs with my backpack on and phone in pocket. I walk into the kitchen and grab a cup of apple juice.
"Wow you didn't get coffee?" Emmett says walking in. I roll my eyes at him and shake my head.
"Already had a cup." I say smirking. He looks at me shocked then laughs.
"Gracie lets go." Edward says walking in. He smiles when he sees me. "We gotta get going. Alice and Jasper are riding with us."
I nod my head then follow him to his car. Alice and Jasper climb into the back while I get in the front beside Edward. Alice hands me a rope bracelet that's black and white.
"Thanks!" I say putting it on the tightening the strings. When we make it to the school Bella is leaning against her truck.
I climb out with my siblings and stand behind Edward's car. I'm talking to Alice and Jasper while Edward is listening into Mike and Bella's conversation.
"Anything juicy?" I ask turning away from my sister. He smirks and looks down at me.
"He's asking her to prom." My nose scrunches up at the thought of the dance at the end of the year.
"Oh! I was meaning to talk to you about that." Alice says.
"I'm not going." I say facing her. "You know I will end up in the emergency room if I went to a dance."
"We will all go." Alice says smiling.
"Let's go! Green is what good!" The biology teacher says. Edward and I start talking about the coming up weekend. We climb onto the bus that Bella wasn't getting on and sit in the very back.
I grab my phone out of my back pocket and turn to my Snapchat. I smile at Edward who wraps an arm around my shoulders. I bring the phone up for a selfie.
I pull my phone down and flip through the filters then save it to my memories. I lean my head against his shoulder after putting my phone in my pocket. Alice chats to us three.
We are walking through the greenhouse listening to the teacher talk about some compost tea. I'm walking with Edward beside me not talking. Bella walks past us and he walks past me. I sigh and roll my eyes.
"What's in Jacksonville?" Edward asks. My interest in the conversation perks up and I run to Edward who squats and lets me jump on his back.
"How do you know about that?" Bella asks.
"I didn't. You didn't answer my question." Edward says. I push the hair out of my face and then lay my chin on Edward's shoulder.
"You never answer any of mine. You don't even say hi."
