I'm sitting in the kitchen drinking coffee the next day when Paul walks in. "What are you doing?" He asks kissing my lips.
"Drinking coffee. Where are you going?" I ask smiling.
"To get Jake." He says grabbing a water bottle from the fridge and drinking it.
"Can I come?" I ask watching his face. He looks at me with his thinking face.
"I don't know why you couldn't." He says. "Go get some jeans or shorts and tennis shoes on."
I kiss his lips quickly then walk to our bedroom to put on a pair of ripped jeans and a white Levi's T-shirt. I put on black converse with my hair in a ponytail and walk out to the kitchen to find Paul reading the newspaper and drinking coffee.
"You look like an old man." I say with a smile. He looks at me and smirks.
"Really?" He asks walking to me and kissing my lips.
"Yep." I say smiling at him.
"Paul!" Sam's booming voice says.
"Does he know I'm coming?" He nods his head and we walk outside to find the pack. I smile at the boys and look to Paul.
"We are gonna phase. And Paul's gonna come back for you." Sam says. I nod my head and sit down on the porch steps. Paul runs his fingers through my ponytail before running into the wood line to phase.
I mess around with the pine straw and look up to find Paul's wolf form with his clothes in his mouth. I take the clothes in my hands and then climb onto his back.
I hold on with one hand while the other holds his clothes. When we make it to Jake's I climb off and hand him his clothes. I turn away from the changing pack and look to find Bella's truck.
"Well shit." Jared says when he stands beside me. I nod my head agreeing. Paul comes to my side with Embry on Jared's side and Sam on Paul's.
We walk out as Bella storms towards us.
"What did you do? What did you do to him?" She says getting in Sam's face. I grab Paul's arm knowing he's gonna get worked up.
"What did he do? What did he tell you?" Paul asks getting aggravated.
"Nothing. He tells me nothing cause he's scared of you." Bella says which cause Paul, Jared, and Embry to laugh. Bella glares then pulls her arm back and swings to hit Paul. I catch her hand in mid swing.
"Try it. I dare you." I growl. She looks at me shocked. "Back up. And stay out of business that has nothing to do with you."
She swings her other hand which I catch in my free one. "You really gonna hit me again? I'm not scared of you Bella. Get on somewhere."
"Bella!" Jake's voice yells. Bella punches Paul when I'm not paying attention.
"Grace, Bella get back." Sam orders. I look to Paul who's shaking like crazy.
