It's later that afternoon and almost time for Bella's birthday. Today's physical therapy session was amazing. Paul doesn't know but Carlisle gave me the go on walking!
I have on a black form fitting black dress that stops mid thigh. I put on a pair of black heels then walk downstairs after curling my hair and putting my finishing touches on my makeup.
I stand beside Rosalie and look around at the decorations Alice did. Alice comes to me and hugs me then looks up at the stairs as Bella and Edward are coming down.
"Happy Birthday." Esme says hugging Bella.
"Sorry about all this. We couldn't put a hold on Alice." Carlisle says with a smile.
"Like that's possible." Esme says. Alice rolls her eyes but smiles.
"Dating an older woman, hot." Emmett says. I roll my eyes at him. "What?"
Alice pulls Edward to Bella. "Show me the love."
I smile and pull my phone out to text Paul.
7:30pm To: Paul🐺💋 We need to talk tonight.
7:31 From: Paul🐺💋 Ok. I'll be there tonight.
"Here. This is from Emmett." Alice says handing her his gift to her.
Bella shakes it and looks at Emmet confused. "Already installed it into your truck. Finally a descent sound for that piece-."
"Hey! Don't hate the truck." Bella says which makes us laugh. Alice hands Rosalie the necklace Alice picked.
"It's a necklace. Alice picked it out." Rosalie says. I roll my eyes and cross my arms.
"Thanks." Bella says awkwardly.
"Open this it's from Esme, and Carlisle." Alice says handing Bella their present. I smile at Bella when she looks at the them.
"You've been looking a little pale." Esme says.
"Thought you needed something to brighten your day." Carlisle adds. She smiles then opens it while biting her lip. She looks at them in shock while holding the plane tickets in her hands.
"I can't take this. This is to much." She says with a smile.
"Of course you can Bella." I say walking down the steps and grabbing the bigger box that was behind the table. "And this is from me. Edward helped slightly."
"It's a bigger box filled with smaller boxes. You don't have to open them all until you get home. Some of them are just special to Gracie and she felt like since you'll one day become one of us. These are some of the Cullen essentials." Alice says. Edward glares at her before looking back to his mate.
"Some of the things in there are homemade. I spoke with Jacob, Jared, and Paul, they helped me create some of the things in there." I say standing beside Esme and Carlisle. She smiles at me before going to unwrapped the big box.
