~Please, make it stop. It hurts...~
A few hours pass and I find myself in a bed. I close my eyes realizing everything that happened wasn't a dream. I climb out of the bed and out to the living room where Bella, Alice, and Jasper are watching the news and waiting for one of the others to call.
I walk into the kitchen and look for anything to eat or coffee. "There is coffee down stairs." Alice says.
"Thanks." I say grabbing an extra hotel key then walking to the elevator and riding it down to the bottom floor. I smile at the receptionist then walk towards the breakfast bar. I grab a coffee cup and pour a scorching hot cup of coffee with creamer and sugar.
I walk upstairs with a cream cheese covered bagel. When I walk into the hotel room to find Alice drawing something.
"So the place the tracker is going to is a ballet studio?" Bella asks pointing at the picture Alice drew.
"You've been here?" Jasper asks shocked.
"Yeah I took lessons when I was younger." Bella says then her phone rings at the same time as mine. An unknown number crosses the screen. I stupidly answer it.
"Hello?"
"Get in a room where your siblings can't hear you." Victoria's voice rings through my ear. I walk into my bedroom and close the door. I turn on the sink in the bathroom with shaking hands. "Good girl. Now I want you to come to the ballet studio. Don't tell anyone come alone and then your precious Paul will live."
"Please don't hurt him." I say with tears coming down my cheek. "Im coming. Please just leave him out of this."
"Go." She says then the line goes off. I cover my mouth when a sob racks my body. I take a deep breath then turn the sink off. I grab my purse and look towards the door. I don't think of the plan knowing Alice will be able to see it. I just do as I go.
I walk out the door. "I'm gonna go get an orange."
"Ok." Alice says. I walk out the door and then go to the elevator and down to the bottom floor. I run to a taxi who's about to leave.
I tell him where to go. He looks at me with a "Are you serious," look until I hand him a thick wad of cash. He does as I say and goes to the ballet studio. I look out the window and watch the buildings roll by. When we make it to the ballet studio I wast no time in climbing out and running to the door.
I look up when someone runs to me to find Bella. "What the bloody hell are you doing?" I hiss.
"They have my mom." She says. I nod my head then open the door to the ballet studio and we both walk in. "Why are you here?"
"They threatened Paul." I say looking at her. "I wasn't gonna risk anything. With me being in hiding all my life I hold the people in my life close to my heart. I would do anything for them. Does he know?" Before she can answer a female voice rings through the room.
"Bella! Bella! Bella! Where are you? Bella! There you are." Bella runs to the other side of the ballet studio and opens a cabinet to reveal a tv showing a home video of Bella and her mom.
"Bella?" I say walking to her. She turns to me with wide eyes then brings me behind her like she did when we were in Port Angeles. I look up to find James. "They were never near him."
I stand in front of Bella not afraid of the vampire in front of me. "Forks High School doesn't know how to protect their students information very well. I hope you don't mind?" James says holding up a video camera. "I'm just borrowing it."
"She's not here."
"To make things more entertaining we are gonna make a little video." James says. "Action. It'll break Edward's little heart."
"Edward has nothing to do with this!" Bella yells.
"His rage will make for a more sporting hunt. Let's continue."
"I hope you're not mad that we tricked you two. We knew the only way to lore you out was by threatening the people you hold dear. And we knew that you would do anything for your precious mom and Paul." James says.
I look into his eyes but don't say anything. Bella sprays him in the eyes with her own can of pepper spray. She grabs my hand and starts running towards the door.
James grabs a hold of me and throws me into the mirror wall. I scream in pain when something pops in my back. "Grace!" Bella's voice yells. I feel a hot liquid run down the back of my head and arms.
"It's to bad he didn't have the strength to change you Grace. Instead he kept you a weak little human." He leans more into my arm and it snaps. I don't scream in pain but tears slip down my cheeks when I can't feel anything in the lower half of my body.
"Are you ok?" Edwards voice says. Then I hear vamp speed. James smashes Edward's head into the mirror.
"You're alone because your fast but not strong."
"Strong enough to kill you." Edward growls. James throws Edward through the window at the top of the ceiling then vamp speeds back to me. He looks up at Edward before grabbing my good hand and biting it.
I scream louder then any of the screams that ripped through me. Edward slams James into the wall while I cry in pain. I hear footsteps come to me and Bella's face comes into view.
"Oh my gosh!" She says with tears sliding down her face. Alice and all the others, besides Rosalie and Mom come rushing in.
"Gracie." Alice's voice says. "Grace can you hear me?"
"Please, make it stop. It hurts." I sob through the pain.
"Carlisle!" Alice screams. I hear Jasper and Emmett killing James.
"Alice go." Dad says. He turns to Edward. "We are gonna have to suck the venom out."
"Carlisle you know I won't be able to stop." Edward says.
"Find the will to stop."
"Please, make it stop." I sob silently.
"I'm gonna make it go away Gracie. I'm gonna make it stop." Edward says. Tears slip down my cheeks even more. He pulls my hand up and sucks the venom out of my blood.
"Edward stop her bloods clean. Edward you're killing her." Dad says. Then everything goes black.
