Today is graduation day for Forks High School. I told Jake I would go with him so he wouldn't be alone.
A few days ago Jake pulled a dick move and kissed Bella without her permission. So in response to the kiss Bella punched Jake and broke her hand. I scolded Jake like a five year old before sending him off to patrol.
I have on a floor length pink floral dress with brown sandals the same dress I wore to my gender reveal. I have my hair straightened and my everyday makeup.
"Grace!" I hear Jake's voice yell.
"Coming!" I yell back. I grab my purse and phone. "I'm ready. Can you tell I'm pregnant?"
"Grace your due dates this week." He says with an amused smile on his face.
"I know! But still can you tell?"
"Kinda." He says. "But why does it matter?"
"Remember Jessica?" I ask as we walk to his Rabbit. He nods his head and opens my door for me. "Her and Lauren are all for the latest gossip. And since I'm a Cullen they will pounce on any sort of news about me."
"Don't let her bother you. Most of LaPush knows about you being pregnant. What's it matter about Forks?" He says backing out of my driveway.
"Because Jessica will say anything to get gossip or drama stirred up. I don't want lies to be spread around town. Cause I did leave Forks High School to be homeschooled she'll probably think I did it because I got knocked up." I say rubbing circles along my baby bump.
He doesn't say anything. I look out the window when we drive into Forks and towards the high school. When he parks he climbs out and walks around the front and helps me out. "Thanks Jake."
Rosalie walks over to me and ignores Jake. She hugs me. "Are you coming to the party tonight?" She asks.
"I don't know. It depends on how swollen my feet are." I say with a smile. She nods her head.
"Oh you're due this week!" She says with a bright smile. I nod my head with a smile.
"Yeah. I can't wait."
"Why did Carlisle make it so early?" She asks.
"Cause she's growing faster then normal. It's weird. But Carlisle said she will be healthy enough to be delivered this week." She nods her head.
"I'm gonna go back to Emmett don't be a stranger Grace." She says waving before walking to Emmett.
I look to find Jake has a neutral face. I sigh and walk over to him. "What's wrong?"
