Chapter 15

The next day, I woke up without Glaiza beside me. I took my phone to send her a message but there was a message from her an hour earlier.

Glaiza:

I have loads of work to do today. I'll see what I can do later if I'll be able to make it at dinner.

Ako:

Good morning.

At doon ko pa lang nakita na may message rin si Ria sa akin.

Ria:

You have a meeting with the management. Contract signing sa project yon. I'll go with you.

Ako:

What time?

She replied immediately as if she's been waiting for my response.

Ria:

After lunch. 1:30 yung email na sinend sa'kin. Also, there are products to review. Ipapadala ko sa driver mo dyan sa unit mo.

Ako:

I'll bring them home. Uuwi ako sa Laguna next week. Daddy will stay for four days so I need to be with him.

Ria:

I'll see what I can do with your sched. You should've ask me first.

Ako:

Kahit naman after work ang mga maging uwi ko pati kahit isang buong araw lang. That will be fine, Ria.

Ria:

You deserve a break so...

Ako:

Thank you!

Hindi na siya nagreply doon. Even Glaiza did not reply to me.

I ate vegetable salad for breakfast and I went straight to the building's gym.

I don't have time to workout somewhere far. Mainit na rin para tumakbo sa labas.

It took me two hours of working out before coming back to my unit. Naupo muna ako sa tanggapan bago lumipat sa sofa at manood ng tv.

I also checked my phone. Humupa na rin kasi yung issue sa amin ni Glaiza. I didn't really expect that people will see our relationship as girlfriends.

Normal lang naman sa mga babae ang maging touchy and affectionate sa isat-isa.

I'll have two pieces of apple and a piece of orange for my lunch. I've been eating so much these past few days.

After eating, dumiretso na ako sa kwarto ko para mamili ng susuotin mamaya. Naligo ako agad at nagbihis pagkatapos.

I did a natural makeup. Ginamit ko rin ang lipstick ng makeup line ni Angelica. I did some pose on my cellphone to post on my social media accounts.

Ilang minuto lang ang lumipas, nagdagsaan na ang comments at likes. Nag thank you pa sa akin si Angelica dahil sa ginawa ko.

My supporters are excited with the collaboration with Trix. Co. Natutuwa raw sila sa mga project kong sunod-sunod.

Nang masiguro kong sakto na ang oras, nagpasya akong bumyahe na papunta sa network station.

I thanked everyone after the meeting. Hindi rin ako tinanong tungkol sa ibang issue. I appreciate how they valued my personal life.

I wasn't surprised to have Anton as my leading man but I'm surprised by the fact that the project was too big. It was a movie with legendary actors.

Anton is a newbie in the industry. It hasn't even been a year since he debuted as an actor. Nagulat rin talaga ako sa biglaang pagkita sa potential namin as love teams.
