I randomly thought of this while listening to the song. Please don't judge me!
Set after Turnabout For Tomorrow, but with no spoilers. (Has mentions of things that happen in the trilogy so slight spoilers)

"(Y/n), Edgeworth said he wanted to see you. Why are you backing out?"
"You want to know? Because the last time I saw him, he was a complete jerk!"
"He's changed, (Y/n)! I know it's been a while since you saw him, due to you being out of town but please!"
"So, you're sticking up for him now?! I thought you were the one that said you didn't want to see him, Nick!"
"(Y/n), please?"
I sighed and rolled my eyes, "Fine."
"Great! Because you need to go now!" he replied pushing my out the office. I walked to the nearby park and found Edgeworth sitting on a bench, "Edgeworth?"
"(Y/n)! I-It's good to see you again."
"Don't try and act like nothing happened. Do you know how hurt I was when I realised how much of a jerk you'd become?!"
"(Y/n), I'm sorry. It was Von Karma that made me that way!"
"Whatever."
We ended up walking around the park for a while. It was nice, but I still didn't trust him. I especially didn't trust Nick, he was probably just saying that to get me to see him.

We had been walking around for a while when I noticed Edgeworth look at his watch, "(Y/n), I need to go. I'm sorry to cut this meeting short but, business calls."
"It's okay, I was getting tired anyway. I'll see you around."
"Probably, bye," he then walked off and I sat down on the closest bench, "Oh, what's the matter with me? I shouldn't feel like this!"
"If there's a prize for rotten judgement
I guess I've already won that

I then heard the sounds of Trucy and Athena's voices in my head.

I tried to ignore the thoughts running through my brain. "No chance, no way I won't say it, no, no."

I sighed and sat down on a bench overlooking the lake in the park.

It's true, when he left without saying bye I was absolutely shattered. Not even Nick and Larry could get me to open up again. Then, when I saw him again, I was angry at him. He was a complete jerk and would do anything for a 'Guilty' verdict, even going as far as to try to put Nick in jail.

I won't say I'm in love," I whispered, with a sigh to myself before standing up again from the bench and walking home.

"(Y/n)! (Y/n)!"
"What is it, Athena?" I asked her lifting my head from the book I was reading. She giggled slightly before shoving her phone in my face, "What's this?!"
"I have no idea what you mean, Athena."
"Really? Because this sounds like you're admitting you're in love with Mr Edgeworth!"
"How did you get that footage?!"
"So it's the truth?!"
"Okay, you got me. Just don't say anything!"
"No promises!" she replied running out of the agency. I sighed and put my book down after marking the page and running out after her, "Athena! Come back here with that video!"
I growled under my breath and ran out of the agency. Please don't be going where I think you're going! My instinct was proven correct. I followed her all the way to the prosecutors building and up to Edgeworth's office. Unfortunately, she was faster than me and had knocked on his office door before I could stop her. She turned to me and smirked before opening the door and walking in, after being granted permission. Shoot! I ran after her and got her mouth covered before she could say anything. Athena shoved me off of her, "Sorry to disturb you, Mr Edgeworth, but there's a matter I need to address with you."
"Which is?" he replied taking his glasses off and putting them on his desk.
"(Y/n) has feelings for you! Actually, scratch that, she loves you!"
My eye twitched, Athena I swear to God, I will murder you! and facepalmed. I was brought from my 'thoughts of embarrassment' when Edgeworth caught my attention, "(Y/n) is this true?"
I gulped and looked at the floor to avoid eye contact and it wasn't until I saw a pair of black dress shoes and red/magenta fabric come into view and a hand lifting my chin up, that I had to look him in the eye, "(Y/n), it's okay if it is the truth."
"Even if I did love you, Miles, there's no way you love me back after the way I shouted at you when we had our last meeting."
"I'm just going to leave you two to it...." I heard Athena speak before there was the sound of a closing door.
"That's where you're wrong (Y/n). Even though you are Wright's sister, I realised I loved you the minute I saw how much passion you put into defending him when White accused him of Miss Fey's murder."
"He's my brother. You think I was just going to let him go to jail when I knew he was innocent?"
"True. If you don't mind, may I kiss you?" I nodded, "You may." With that said, he leaned in and kissed me, me happily returning it.
"Oh-ohhhhh. At least out loud, I will say I'm in love."
