I giggled bashfully and rubbed the back of my neck, a habit I'd picked up from Mr Wright, "Thanks, Athena. But honestly, I wouldn't have been able to win the base if you hadn't delivered that last piece of evidence to me."
"But you were the one that dragged the trial on so I had time to get over here, (Y/n)!"
"WILL YOU TWO STOP ARGUING?! (Y/n), you won the case and Athena delivered the final piece of evidence to you. So it was teamwork the Miss Falla was declared innocent."
SEBASTIAN'S POV
"SEBASTIAN! We need to go and report back to Mr Edgewo-Huh?!" I felt a tug on my arm and Kay's voice, "Sebastian? Sebastian! SEBASTIAN DEBESTE LISTEN TO ME!" I snapped from my daze to see her smirking at me, "Go and talk to her already! You've been staring for the last half an hour and it's starting to get weird."
I shook my head, "B-but she's so pretty... There's no way she'd even want to talk to me." Kay just rolled her eyes at me and before I knew it, she had left my side. Unfortunately, I was unable to stop her before she'd walked over to the small group talking to the defendant from the case.
YOUR POV
I had just finished saying my goodbyes to Fara Falla, the defendant, when I felt a tap on my shoulder, "Excuse me, Miss (L/n)." I turned around to see the prosecutor's assistant from the case, "Ah, yes, what can I do for you, Miss Assistant?"
"Firstly my name's Kay! I'm the Great Thief the Yatergarasu! I just wanted to tell you that my friend over there, thinks you're really pretty and wants to talk to you more," she responded, pointing over to the male who had been prosecuting the case, Sebastian DeBeste I believe his name was.
"Really?" I asked, my face slightly pink from a blush. She nodded, "Yeah... So, you okay with talking to him for a bit?" Before I could respond, Apollo had placed a hand on my shoulder, "We'll see you back at the Agency, (Y/n). You deserve a break after that case." I smiled and nodded, "Okay," I then turned back to Kay, "In that case, of course!"
She grinned before it changed into a smirk and grabbed my hand, dragging me over to where Sebastian was standing, a bright red blush on his face. Kay pushed me towards him before hopping off, "You two enjoy yourselves!" I blinked a bit and turned to Sebastian, "So... Kay told me you thought I was pretty. Is it true?" His face went even more red, and he nodded slowly. I giggled and pecked his cheek, cause his face to erupt in redness, "If you're not busy, there's a funfair in the local park... I-If you'd like to go that is!" It was not my turn to have the red face as he blinked but gently took my hand in his, as to see whether he was overstepping boundaries. I just giggled and let him hold my hand as he nodded, "I-I'd like that, and no, I'm not busy right now." I smiled and pulled him out of the courthouse and down to where I'd seen the funfair.

"Oh yes! A ferris wheel! Sebastian, you want to go on?" His eyes widened and he averted his gaze from me muttering something, however, I still heard it, "I-I don't like heights." I giggled and hugged him, "Don't worry, I'll protect you, you don't have to look. Please?" He took a deep breath and nodded, causing me to squeeze him, as we walked over to line for it. While we were in the line, I heard voices I didn't know would be here too, "Hey Mr Wright, can we all go on the ferris wheel?!"
"If you want to, Athena. If you want to."
I then heard, "(Y/N)!!!! We didn't know you were here, and oh who's th-Oh, are you here on a date!? Aww, that's perfect!" Both mine and Sebastian's faces went bright red as Athena squeezed me in a tight hug, "Aww you found someone to love, this is amazing!"
"I SHIP IT!" I heard Widget speak out.
"WIDGET! What I told you about speaking my thoughts?!"
"YOU TWO WOULD MAKE A GREAT COUPLE!"
"ATHENA! PLEASE! It's not a date seriously!"
"Aww! But you would make such a cute couple!"
Before anything else could be said, Apollo had walked over and dragged her off, "(Y/n), Prosecutor DeBeste, please enjoy your day, I am sorry about Athena." I thanked him before turning back to Sebastian, "I'm sorr-"
"NEXT!"
I snapped out of my daze, realising it was now our turn as Sebastian and I both got in the little pod of the ferris wheel. Once we started moving, Sebastian dug his head into my side and started to shake. I smiled apologetically and wrapped an arm around him, pulling him closer in a comforting way, "I'm sorry, Sebastian, about my friends/colleagues, and-Oh." I stopped my sentence when I realised he was now wrapping his arms around my neck in fear. I placed a hand on his back, "Sebastian, look at me please." He shook his head, keeping it dug into my shoulder and I sighed, taking his face in my hand, "Want me to try something to help you with your fear?" He nodded and I took a deep breath, leaning in and kissing him. What I didn't expect was for him to start kissing me back and close his eyes. I closed mine too and savoured the moment.
"Well, well, well. 'Not a date' my left foot, (Y/n)." I immediately broke away from him to see the rest of the agency standing on the ground in front of the ferris wheel and my face went bright red. I hadn't even noticed that we'd stopped moving.
"That's enough, Athena. Let them be, we'll see you tomorrow, (Y/n)." and with that, Mr Wright started to lead Apollo, Athena and Trucy away, the latter two both fangirling. I turned back to Sebastian as we'd now both vacated the ferris wheel, "So-" I was cut off when he grabbed my shoulders and kissed me. I was taken aback but responded, before we both broke off. He then hugged me, "Thank you, was there meaning to that kiss you gave me?" I nodded, "Duh, I love ya, Seb, even though I like literally only got to know you properly today, but still, I believe in 'love at first sight'."
"Well so do I, (Y/n)."
"So, Seb, that mean you'd want to be my boyfriend?" He nodded, "Yeah, I'd like that."
