Requested?: Yes (By the same person who requested the other Good! Kristoph one)

So... let's just get on with the oneshot. There shouldn't be any spelling mistakes as I have now got a new laptop (: yay

Ps, this includes testimony so the bold bits are replacing what would be in green during a cross-examination.

----------------------

"Your Baldness, if there is doubt in your mind, perhaps eye-witness testimony can help clear those doubts up?"

"Yes, of course!"

"Very well, the prosecution would like to call upon an eye-witness. This young lady was taking a walk in the park when witnessed the murder."

This was my cue to enter. however, when I entered, I was shocked when I saw who was the defence attorney for the case, "Kristoph?!"

"(Y/n)?! You're the prosecution's witness?!"

I nodded, "Yeah, I am."

"And you didn't tell me, because...?"

"Because I didn't know you were on th- Yeowch! What the hell?!" I quickly interrupted myself when I was attacked by a hawk, said hawk belonged to Prosecutor Blackquill, "Hmph, enough of this! On with your testimony!"

I was just going to get to it. You don't have t-

"Now!"

"Eek! Okay, geez. So..." I went through my testimony, telling the court the whole truth. Truly, the whole truth. Kristoph's client was guilty. Well, I managed to get through my testimony, then I remembered something, "Wait, Krissy, is this why you've been ignoring my texts and phone calls?!"

I noticed a slight blush had appeared on his face but he made no comment, which made me get slightly angry, "Don't ignore me! I'm your girlfriend! You don't ignore yo-Yeowch!! Stop it with that bloody hawk! I'm your bloody witness, you here!"

"(L/n)-Dono, remember, you are in a court. We don't need to hear about your's or the defence's relationships. You're here to testify so get on with it."

I pouted, "You know, Mr Prosecutor, I could just walk out of this courtroom right now and not let my testimony be taken by the court as evidence. Because if you keep setting the bloody hawk on me that's what I'll do! You do realise you need me to win this case, I'm the only one that witnessed this murder so you need my testimony... Understand?!" He nodded and I smiled, "Good, now, I believe it is time for my cross-examination, is it now, Your Honour?"

"Y-yes, it is. Mr Gavin, you may cross-examine the witness."

"Of course, Your Honour."

I went through my testimony again, "I was walking around the park when I heard a gunshot sound."

"Hold it! (Y/ - Miss (L/n), how did you know it was a gunshot?"

"Well, it was a 'bang' sound and it came from a far distance so I know it wasn't a balloon popping or something... But, I followed the gunshot to a clearing in the park that didn't have any trees, to see the murder taking place."

"Hold it! Can you go into more detail, please? What exactly did you see?"

"Well, I saw two people arguing and I approached closer, hiding behind a nearby bench so I wouldn't be spotted."

"Who were the two people that were arguing? (Y/ - Miss (L/n), can you please tell us that?"

"Of course, for it was the victim and the defendant."

Throughout the rest of my cross-examination, and what I witnessed from the gallery, the nicknames I'd called Kristoph started to take effect on him, his face increased in redness and he started to stutter. Whether the latter was from me or whether it was from starting to believe his client was guilty, I wasn't sure, although, I was sure it was from the case as he'd never stuttered before when we'd been at home discussing something and I called him a sweet nickname. However, throughout the 2 years we'd been dating, I realised that calling him 'Krissy' resulted in him with a bright red face.

-------------------

After the trial had finished, I walked into the defendant lobby to see Kristoph talking to the defendant. I snuck up behind him and pounced, "Gotcha!"

"(Y/n), what are you doing?"

"Saying hello and I came to congratulate you, and your client," I turned to Ever, "Congratulations, Miss Angre. I'm sorry about my misconception thinking you were guilty."

"It's perfectly fine, Miss! I'm just glad to be out of that detention centre!"

"I wish you the best of luck in the future, Miss Angre."

"Thanks! Same to you, Miss (L/n)!"

I smiled and went back to Kristoph hugging him, "Well done. I'm sorry I wasn't able to tell the whole truth but to be fair, the defendant and the true culprit are twins so it's understandable."

"I'm not mad, (Y/n), you were just doing as you were supposed to, saying what the prosecutor told you too. You're okay after being attacked by Prosecutor Blackquill's hawk, right?"

I smiled and nodded, "I'm fine, Krissy. You don't need to worry."

"Okay."

----------------

We eventually managed to get out of the courtroom and decided just to take some time off and have a spontaneous date as we hadn't been able to see each other in a while with him preparing for the case and me being questioned by both the police and Prosecutor Blackquill. We firstly went to get something to eat, both of us being hungry after the case, then just walked around the local park for a while. We found a bench to take a rest on and I ended up falling asleep on Kristoph's shoulder, meaning he had to carry me home and up to bed.

"Goodnight, (Y/n). I love you."

"*Yawn* I love you too, Krissy."
