Don't ask... I just thought of this idea and Phoenix seemed the perfect character for this...
Timing: Dual Destinies (Do I really need to add this anymore?)

Okay, (Y/n). You can do this. Just tell him he's going to be a father. No big deal, right? No, actually this is a big deal! What if Phoenix doesn't want to be a father!? What if he leaves me when I tell him? What if- No, Phoenix said he's always wanted a mini version of himself so he should be happy.
I snapped pit of my daze and knocked on the door to the agency. It was promptly opened by the spiky-haired attorney I loved greatly, "(Y/n)! I thought I told you you could just come straight in?"
"You did but, I needed to make sure you were the first person here. I need go talk to you, Phoenix. About something important that will change our lives."
"What is it?"
I took a deep breath before answering, "You're going to be a father," I whispered in his ear.
"But, I'm already a father to Trucy."
I rolled my eyes, "I meant, Trucy's going to get a little brother or sister."
"You mean?"
"Yes, I'm pregnant," I replied. His smile grew before he promptly fainted. I managed to stop him from hitting his head on the table and laid him down on the sofa before going go get a glass of water for when he woke up.
A few minutes later, Apollo and Athena walked though the door, Trucy following behind.
"Hi, (Y/n)!"
"Hello to all of you as well," I replied.
"What happened to Mr Wright?" Apollo asked.
"He fainted when I told him Trucy was getting a little sibling," I answered.
"Eeeeeeeeeeeeeeee!" Trucy squealed, "Really? I really get a little sibling?!"
"Yes you will Trucy. You'll have to wait nine months though."

When Phoenix eventually woke up, "What happened?"
"You fainted when I told you I was pregnant," I replied handing him the glass of water. He took it, "Thank you and I'm sorry."
"What are you apologising for? It's fine. I know that if I was you and my wife told me she was pregnant I'd faint as well. There's nothing to be sorry for," I replied pecking him on the lips, "Love you."
"I love you too, (Y/n). But please, go home and rest. I don't want you straining yourself."
"I'm not straining myself, Phoenix. I'm fine. Nothing to worry about," I giggled before pecking his cheek.
"Do we really need two Apollos? I think one is enough."
"Athena, just because 'I'm fine' is Apollo's catchphrase, does not mean I can't say it."
--------------------
Nine months later and Phoenix would let me leave his side. It was getting to the point where if he had a trial, he'd make me sit in the gallery with Apollo on one side, and Trucy on the other, in case anything happened. However, it was when Apollo was out on a case and Trucy was at one of her magic shows, that it happened.
"Phoenix! Get in here, and get me to the hospital!"
He came rushing in and grabbed the bag we'd prepared beforehand, just in case. He helped me into the passenger seat in my car, before he got in the driver's side. (For the sake of the oneshot, Phoenix can drive, but he doesn't have his own car)
"You'll be fine, (Y/n). Calm."
"I am calm!" I shouted back, "More excited than worried to be honest."
----------------------------
It was finally over. After the nine months of waiting, our child was finally here.
"So, what gender is it?!" Athena squealed. I rolled my eyes before starting to try to calm the baby down because Athena had woken them up.
"I think first of all, Athena, you owe Apollo now. That's all I'll say."
"So, it's a boy?"
"Yep."
"Come on, Athena. Pay up."
Athena then reluctantly shoved a note into Apollo's had, grumbling the whole time.
"Athena, it was a fifty-fifty chance."
"So, what are you going to call him?!"
"Do you want to tell them, Phoenix?" I asked him. He didn't reply due to him being absorbed with the mini version of us I was holding. I rolled my eyes before nudging him, "Huh? What were you saying, (Y/n)?"
"Do you want to tell them what we've decided to call him?"
"Oh, yeah... We're going with.." I interrupted him before he could speak, knowing what he was going to say, "Phoenix, no. We're not keeping the 'bird names running through the family' thing. We've decided on Miles. After his Godfather."
"Aww! So cute! Hey Boss, he's even got your hair!"
"You're right about that, Athena. There's no mistaking who this child's father is, is there?"
"So, if Mr Edgeworth is his Godfather, then who did you ask to be his Godmother?"
"Well, when I told Maya, she literally pestered me to let her be the Godmother," Phoenix answered.
"Where is the cute little child?!" We heard a voice from the doorway.
"Hi, Maya!" I replied, "come here." She ran up to the side of the bed and I showed her the child.
"So cute!"
Just then the door opened again, "Wright, I'm sorry. She ran off and I couldn't catch up to her."
"Oh, he Mr Edgeworth!" Trucy spoke.
"Hello to you too, Trucy."
"Edgeworth, do you want to see your Godson and the child that you gave your name to?" I asked.
He walked over to the other side of the bed to the one that Phoenix was sitting on and I showed him the child.
"Well, he's definitely Wright's. I'll say that."
"Can we please stop talking about my hair please?!"
"Phoenix, calm down. Remember what you were telling me in the car on the way here?"
"Sorry. Love you, (Y/n)."
"I love you too, Phoenix."
