MINA

Days passed and I continue to do missions from the Alpha Fleet. Mukhang tama nga si Dos, sa simula ay ayaw ko pa na sumali sa grupo na 'to. Pero habang tumatagal, nagugustuhan ko na din dito. The justice sense of mine aroused.

Madalas ko pang nakakasama sa mga misyon ang Decade, pero kung sino lang ang mga nakasama ko doon dati ay 'yon lang din ang mga nakakasama ko hanggang ngayon.

I'm in our room now at wala ang teacher namin dahil may meeting daw sila. Busy kami sa pag-uusap nila Candy at Janine at nanggugulo naman sa amin sila Randy nang may pumasok na lalaki.

Napanganga ako nang makita siya. The expression on his face, giving off a vibe that spells death. It's Wally Reyes, or should I say, Cuatro. What is he doing here?

Pumwesto siya sa harapan at natahimik ang buong room. When he flashed a smile, narinig ko ang mga impit na tili ng ilang mga babae sa 'min. I must admit, he is handsome. And his demeanor is very manly. Kung hindi lang mainit ang dugo sa 'kin ng lalaking 'yan ay baka magustuhan ko pa siya. Not in a romantic way.

"Good morning everyone! I am Wally Reyes, the heir of Retro Gas Station," nangibabaw ang bulungan sa buong classroom. Retro Gas Station?! It's one of the top-rated gas station in the Philippines! Meron din silang sariling oil minings! "And I personally came here to look for male models for our advertisements like commercials and billboards."

Derica raised her hand. "You're not looking for female models, Sir?"

"Sorry but nope. We already have a female model and it's Mina Cruz from your school," nakatingin pa siya sa 'kin nang sabihin niya iyon.

Me?! Bakit ako? Wala akong alam sa sinasabi niya!

Napatingin sa 'kin ang mga kaklase ko.

"Unless, she'll deny our invitation," dagdag ni Wally.

"She don't deserve to be a model! She's low class!" giit ni Derica.

"I think you got the best choice," Al suddenly spoke. He's looking directly at Wally.

Wally smirked. "I agree with you, Hermes," may diin na sabi niya.

Magkakilala sila?! Did Al know what kind of man is this guy standing in front of us?

"Hindi ko inaasahang kilala mo pa ako," Al said.

"Of course! Who would forget such a man like you?" Wally replied with sarcasm.

"You're really such a hot-headed freak!" our classmates gasped when I shouted.

Lumapit siya sa 'kin. "You're just a Chaser. I'm still higher than you," he murmured.

"I. Don't. Care. You're not higher than me if you're not Cuatro," I replied.

"Stop that you two," suway ni Al.

Wally raised his hands in surrender. He smirked at us and returned to where he is standing a while ago.

"So, as I was saying, we are looking for male models for the Retro Gas Station," pagpapatuloy niya sa sinasabi niya kanina. "I will pick personally those whom I think can be qualified. Then kung tatanggapin niyo ang offer," may inilabas siyang papel sa dala niyang bag. "I'll give these to you. This is a form. Isipin niyo na lang na para kayong mag-aapply sa trabaho. We want the best for our endorsements, so do your best."

Naglibot siya ng ilang oras sa loob ng room. He had chosen three guys. And guess who they are? Of course, it's Alphero, Marsh, and Randy. Only Al accepted the offer. Ayaw daw kasi nila Randy ng exposure. Psh.
