Notes: This patient is the younger brother of patient VI. It is only poetic that they both be one of the few subjects to survive testing. He matches his brother in durability and durability. But most notably, he matches his brother in strength of will; something I suppose kept them both stable during testing. Of course neither are aware that the other is being held at this facility as well, that would prove... fatal for testing efficiency. Patient IX has been placed in an EMP chamber just as his brother was. His reaction was similar, yet remarkably different. He has gained the ability to generate electromagnetic shielding around himself. This has made stress testing very difficult, as his shielding inadvertently defends him even when he is not conscious. Termination of subject will be more than difficult.
