Sanai wasn't interested in any truce with Sari.ore than anything at the moment, Sanai wanted unleash a flurry of poison on her.
Sanai was too exhausted to do so, however.
It took all of her strength and concentration to provide a wall of smoke around her and Greg. Even now, the smoke was deteriorating at a rapid speed.

"You... why I should I trust you?", Greg said, angrily.

Sari stepped closer the the smoke separating her from the two. She seemed calmed, and less than nervous about the poison between them.

"I see now that you perform at a much more efficiently when you are operating on your own free will", Sari began to say. "I would rather have you this way regardless. So I will not enslave you or kill any of your friends, as long as you come with me?"

Greg seemed angrier than ever at that point, "Why the hell would I even consider that?!".

The smoke now completely faded, Sari stepped closer to Greg until she was only a few feet away from him, "The logical answer is because you are the most remarkable specimen I have experiment on; your strength speed and abilities surpass that of what mere mortals comprehend as god-like. The illogical answer would be because I love you; you are the most remarkable specimen I have ever laid my eyes on."

Her last statement left Greg dumb-founded, and it sickened an already queasy Sanai.

"When I first met you, it was merely to obtain a subject I felt would meet the proper physical standards", she started to explain. "You were all that I required for a patient. But, you had other fascinating traits; you're mind, your simplistic characteristics, and the beauty behind your being. All of it was mesmerizing; you exceeded  traits that were beyond that of an average human.  I realized you were just like me. As my intelligence towers over even the brightest of minds; your character is that in which only characters of a hero's ballad are known to acquire."

Sanai hates to agree Sari, but she was right. Greg was great in ever way.
He was understanding, brave, and always did what needed to be done in order to protect his friends. There were so many other amazing traits about him that would lead someone to believe he's a fictional character.

"I won't hurt anyone else, just come with me... please", Sari pleased to Greg.

Greg looked at her with a longing expression, "I started to remember everything that we went through together. Every date we went on, every kiss we shared, and even the time I introduced you to my mother. All of those memories were amazing."

Sanai began to get worried; if he remembered all of those memories, would old feelings return too?

"But, there's something else", he began to say. "I remember the night I brought you home to dinner by my mother's home. That was the night you abducted me, and that was the night you killed my mom."

Sari stood there with an emotionless look in her eyes.

"I'm sorry but you are crazy as shit if you think I'm going to come with you!", Greg yelled at her.

Those words filled Sanai with hope; she was still weak, but she was happy to hear Greg wasn't going with her.

Sari then pulled a gun out shot Greg with a dart. Greg put his guard down and couldn't properly react in time. He was now on kneeling down, trying his hardest not to pass out.

"Greg!", Sanai tried to pick him up, but she was already exhausted herself.

"If you will not come by your own choice, then you leave me to bring you by force", Sari turned to the surrounding machines. "Terminate the female? And subdue the male."

The machines just stood there, none dare moving an inch.

Sari commanded the robots again, "Terminate the female, and subdue the male this instant!".

Still no reaction from the metallic beings.

She walked in-front of the machine and yelled, "Do hear me, you insufferable machine?!".

OH, I HEAR YOU. BUT NOW YOU'RE AT MY MERCY, MADAME.

The voice coming from the robots wasn't the normal sound they made. It was less robotic, and more human.

Sari stumbles away from the defiant machines, and almost fell over, "James?!".

IN THE FLESH.
