James wasted no time in shooting Sari.
He used the robot he was controlling, and morphed the robot's arm into a gun.
He then shot Sari though the chest.
She cried out in pain as the bullet pierced through her body.
Blood splattered everywhere, and she fell to the ground as she clutched her bullet wound.
YOU ALWAYS LOOKED DOWN ON EVERYONE. ALWAYS THOUGHT YOU WERE TEN STEPS AHEAD OF THE CURVE. NEVER THINKING TO PUT EFFORT INTO ANY OF YOUR ACTIONS, BECAUSE EVERYTHING CAME TO YOU SO EASILY.
Sari was still squirting and sputtering our blood as James condemned her through the robot.
SOMETIMES IN ORDER TO BEAT SOMEONE BETTER THAN YOU, YOU HAVE TO TAKE ELEVEN STEPS FORWARD.
Sari coughed up more blood, "You... believe... killing me... will atone... you... are still the monster... you were made to be... regardless".
Those words seemed to strike James worst than any insult; he had nothing left to say.
He just lifted to robots arm, and shot her again.
She yelled out in pain once more.
All Sanai and Greg could do was watch, as they were still too weak to move.
Sari squired around in pain as more blood exited her wounds.
She lifted a watch up to her mouth and said into it, "Engage protocol: complete... termination".
Once she said those words, every robot around them began to beep. Greg and Sanai gained a haunting feeling, as they assumed those robots were about to blow.
THESE MACHINES ARE ABOUT TO DETONATE IN TWENTY SECONDS, I DONT HAVE ENOUGH TIME TO SHUT THEM OFF.
Sanai was still clutching onto Greg; the dart he was shot with was still effecting him. Sanai needed to get them out of there and fast.
That's when she remembered the one skill she could use that didn't drain her.
"You ready for round two?", she asked Greg, as she held onto him tightly.
He gave her a weak smile and said, "Always."
"This may hurt a bit", she admitted.
She grabbed onto him, and propelled them both through the ceiling, using Greg as a shield from the impact.
"Sorry", she whispered to him.
As the flew upwards, away from the building. A series of explosion shook the earth beneath them, and demolished the building they were in.
