Notes: This patient is the most profitable of them all. While having initially having stable a reaction to the serum, he grew mentally unstable when a second component was added to his system- tachyons. The tachyons bore unexpected fruit in his abilities. They attached themselves to his atoms, giving him abilities beyond reasonable physics. His cells are now able to vibrate themselves at such a speed that he appears invisible to the naked eye. His entire body is able to vibrate so fast that it appears to break through space and time. He is now able to teleport to any location seemingly. Though with his mental break, his abilities have been a danger to our staff. He has been shown to also teleport others who come fifteen feet near him. One of our scientists had his heart removed from his body by patient XI. This however is an immense breakthrough. With his mental breakdown, we have been able to put better induce his mind. With enough conditioning we may be able to, in a sense, 'brainwash him' into becoming more subservient. Termination may not be needed for this patient, and with that in mind we have added more steps to his experimentation. We have place him in a mental station that has placed in his mind multiple skills: 170 martial arts, 50 languages, and a series of espionage tactics. We see his progress in the future as something that can benefit our best interests.
