The battle shook the Earth, as everyone set off the deal with different groups of robots in their own way.
Emerald was standing in the desert sands, and had summoned a forest of trees to do her bidding. She then formed the trees into a pair of giant hands.
One-by-one, she used her wooden hands to swat down any robots that came her way."Take this, you bastards!", she cheered as she caught five robots in her giant hands and crushed them.
More robots attempted to make their way towards her by foot, though none were successful.
Any metal soldier that stepped in twenty feet of her were ensnared in grassy-traps, and dragged down into the sand.
Emerald was able to hold her own.Ernest, Irvin, and Ahmir were working in a three-man cell to fend off their metallic adversaries.
Ahmir flew around in circles, barreling through any robot he could gain enough momentum on.
Irvin was fighting off three of the machines at a time, while Ernest was dodging through long-range attacks they were sending towards him."These things are a pain in my ass", Irvin yelled, as he plunged his foot through the head of one of the machines.
He removed his foot from its cranium and said, "These sons of bitches are tough too".
He grabbed the necks of two more robots that were gunning towards them, and smashed their heads together.
"Yeah, I think they're made of the same material they made to kill us", Ernest said, as he kept dodging through bullets. "Pretty durable, and engineered to kill us, but not durable enough for us not to break them apart".
A missile was shot towards Ernest by a robot hovering a few feet above him.
He somersaulted backwards about ten feet, as the missile exploded on where he was just standing."Phew...", Ernest said, with relief.
"Look out!", Irvin yelled towards him.
Too late, a robot behind Ernest grabbed the back of his neck and flew off with him upwards.
The robot was flying at speeds that should've killed a normal man, but not Ernest.
He felt completely fine, except for the metal finger clutching his throat."You're... going to have to do.... better than this to kill me", Ernest struggled to say, as the robots fingers dug deeper into his throat.
In a last ditch attempt, he clasped his hands onto the robots arms behind him, and twisted with all of his might.
Before he knew it, he had snapped the robots arm off.
He was free, but now he was falling at a rapid speed.
He tried to think of ways to soften his landing, but nothing came to mind."Aw shit!", he said, as his body plunged through the air.
Ernest didn't want to die, but he assumed with all that was going on, it would happen eventually. He accepted his fate as the wind roared past his ears.
Suddenly, he was caught mid-air by none other than Ahmir."I got you bro", he said to Ernest.
"Thanks, man", Ernest replied, relieved he wasn't going to die yet.
Behind the flying duo was the robot that captured Ernest; it's single arm had turned into a machine gun, and now it was firing upon the both of them.
Ahmir flew around, and evaded the gun fire while still holding onto Ernest."These things annoy me", he grumbled.
Ahmir's body started rising in temperature rapidly. Anger started to whirl through his entire body in the form of golden energy.
He turned to look at the robot and yelled, "LEAVE US ALONE".
As he said this, a giant wave of sonic energy and flame erupted from his mouth in a flash of yellow light.
The energy soared towards the robot, and melted it completely in mid-air.
