Notes: This patient has been very comedic to say the least. He seems to joke about everything that's goes on around him. He's been able to make even the most serious of our guards and scientists laugh. Though this is no place for humor. A muzzle was placed upon him to keep his joking nature at bay. He has been a fruitful subject to say the least. He has been shown to mimic he movements and voices of anyone, just by viewing them once. Curiosity piqued us, so we introduced him to various different animals, and saw that he could not only copy traits, but transform his body to fully copy them. We then put him in contact with the DNA of subject XI he copied his abilities to create electromagnetic burts. The only downfall is that physical contact must be made for these changes to be made, and it wears off after two minutes.
