"So Liam huh?" Cisco asked joining me in the kitchen.
"What about him?" I asked him cluelessly while setting some snacks on a tray to place in the living room.
"Oh come on Caitlin, you can't be that clueless. Do you really need me to spell it out for you?" Cisco asked grabbing a potato chip and grinning at me
"I have no idea what you're talking about" I shook my head.
"Liam likes you...a lot" he added wiggling his eyebrows.
"Cisco!" I scolded covering his mouth.
"It's true" he commented but my hand muffled it.
"He's my friend" I stated.
"I know but that's where it all starts" he added.
"Plus you guys have been friends for ages" he continued and I rolled my eyes.
"Andddddd he is available" he stated while I just glared at him.
"It also doesn't hurt he made a name for himself and he is filthy rich" he concluded grinning at me.
"I don't care about his money. I care about him" I replied.
"Well that sure is nice to hear" I heard Liam say softly entering the kitchen.
"And that's my cue to leave, my work here is done. She's all yours" Cisco winked going to the living room.
"I'm sorry about Cisco, he's been trying to set me up with someone for a while now" I laughed awkwardly.
"I'm not complaining, he happens to be a good wingman" he grinned leaning against the kitchen counter.
"He also happens to be really annoying and stubborn" I added.
"Ahh I always wonder why you and Cisco were such good friends. Now I why" he commented humorously.
"Are you saying I'm annoying and stubborn?" I questioned mocking a feeling of betrayal.
"Hmm not annoying but definitely a little stubborn" he gestured stepping a little closer to me with a smirk.
"I am not stubborn" I claimed crossing my arms in determination.
"Can I ask you something?" He whispered and I nodded looking up at him.
"Do you like me?" He asked in all seriousness
"Well that was very straightforward" I replied blinking  at his sudden question.
"And that wasn't an answer" He replied with a small smile.
"Liam.." I pleaded my cheeks burning.
"Please Caitlin" he begged softly.
"I do like you" I said softly.
"You do?" Liam smiled happily.
"Yes" I smiled at him.
"Enough for me to ask you out on a date?" He asked taking one step closer.
"Uh guys Joe and Cecile are here" I heard Barry voice say from behind Liam.
"Let's go and I'll give you an answer after dinner" I smiled and Liam beamed happily letting walk in front of him out of politeness.
"Yes ma'am" he smiled
I greeted the rest of the West family before searching for three familiar faces that were nowhere to be found.
"Where are Nora and Dawn?" I asked looking at Barry.
"Oh shit" Cisco mumbled under his breath looking at Barry who gave him an equal worried look in returned.
"What's going on?" I asked
"Let's go talk" Barry said softly as he placed a hand on back and guided me outside his loft
"What is it Barry?" I asked.
"A lot happened while you were in a comma" he replied carefully phrasing his words.
"Well start from the beginning" I urged.
Barry hesitantly glanced at me before clearing his throat uncomfortable.
Boy was I not ready for what he said next......
