Ike and his group are currently hiding in a dark alley not far from one of the gates of Emerald. Upon arriving at their hiding spot earlier, Professor Elena went back to the mountains in order to time-lock the villains. The surveillance team also severed all forms of digital communication around the place. It's only a matter of time before they find out about Ezekiel's trick. Ike and his team have also finally received the go signal to attack and are now slowly making their way towards the Emerald School of Magic. Apart from all the former Emerald students, Jelal, Ahren, and Maia also came with them along with several other Purgers.

Even from a distance, a dark and hazy barrier seemed to be enveloping the entire school. Professor Elena signalled everyone to stop before gazing warily at the dark shield.

"I don't think that's good for us," the Temporal Weirdo said to the others. "It's a barrier that suppresses magic. Our powers will surely diminish even for a tiny bit once we enter that place. The villains surely have some sort of immunity with that. Moreover, they might get notified about our arrival if we pass through that barrier."

Earlier, Professor Elena tried to open a portal leading to the school, but as they suspected, the entire place was time-locked.

"Maybe they corrupted the Forreño Fountain. We need to cleanse it," Cataleya declared.

"We can't turn back just because of that barrier," Ike said. "RB, can you do something about that?"

"I can try, but we need to get close to that thing first," replied RB. Several people are guarding the gate, including Emerald Guards and villains.

Their earphones suddenly crackled. "This is the surveillance team. We're currently talking to all troops on the ground. Serafina and the Legion are heading back to the capital city. I repeat, all members of the Legion of Death are currently heading back to the capital city. They're going to teleport once they're out of the Time Lock zone. Hurry up."

All of them exchanged worried looks. "Faye! Give that thing to RB!"

The Healer threw a huge bottle of potion at RB. The latter then crafted a crystal raven which took the bottle with its claws. With a gentle nudge, the crystal raven took off and headed towards the gate where it dropped the bottle that shattered against the concrete.

Puffs of white smoke rose into the air and spread quickly all over the place. After a few seconds, all the people guarding the gate collapsed on the ground one after another as the Sleeping Potion crept everywhere.

Ike scanned the area. "I think that's good enough. Cezka, your turn."

The Air Weirdo flicked a finger, causing a gentle breeze to blow against the gate which took away all the white smoke with it. Upon checking that the coast is finally clear, Ike and the team dashed towards the gate.

"Nobody touch that barrier," Cataleya said to everyone. "I think you should use the Prime Destruction, RB. It might work."

"Do your thing, then," Ike said to his partner, giving him a nod.
