Lily woke up before her alarm went off, and stood in front of her closet.

The stares had been getting ridiculous. Everything she did she'd hear about later.

Her phone vibrated on her nightstand and she walked over and leaned down to see the ID.

"Riven?" She picked up the phone and read the text.

'U wnt 2 cum c mee soonn?'

Lily looked at the text and sighed. She couldn't try and change him, he seemed happy being high and drunk. It was just not something she could actually deal with. She watched her fingers move on the screen before she had made the decision.

'Oh maybe. Walk in the park?'

'Yes!' She smiled at his text. Before another text came. 'Saturday?'

'Sure.' Lily set down the phone and walked back to her closet. She grabbed her dark jeans, a black long sleeve and her converse. She pulled her belt off the shelf and jumped into the bathroom.

She dressed and danced out of the room. She stared at the wall of the hallway and felt absolute remorse. The feeling filled her but then was gone.

Something nudged her leg and she glanced down.

"Nala!"

The calico cat purred at the attention and Lily scooped the animal up. She rubbed her fingers through her soft fur and smiled.

She stood up and grinned when the cat wrapped her arms around her neck. A soft whine met her ears and Lily rolled her eyes.

"Narnia. Naking." She said to the other two boys. They didn't come out much, but it was so cute when they did.

She knelt down and scratched their heads smiling.

"Where have you been?" She asked letting Nala free.

Of course the animals didn't respond. Lily stood up and shook out herself before walking away from the disgruntled animals.

She walked into the hall and stopped in her tracks. It had been about three weeks since the blow out in the cafeteria an the drama had been slowly unfolding. Just- not like this.

She spotted Owen watching from the front row next to Sunday, his current girlfriend.

She walked around the crowd and stood next to him in confusion.

"You fucking bitch!"

"Bull shit!"

Sana and Gale were screaming at each other and at the other girls in the school. What now?

"Can you fill me in?" Lily asked him as Gale screamed in frustration.

"Well, Sana's lie totally unfolded because of Gale's ADHD. Gale can't seem to figure out what lie she's supposed to be covering and totally screwed up."

"What lie is it now?"

"Well apparently there was a drug, sex, rape and you involved with a camera and proof of being a whore." Lily looked back at the two girls going at it and shuddered.

"Can I call the cops?" She asked seriously.

"Eh, not yet."

Lily smirked and watched the scene. Sana grabbed Gale by the wrist and threw her on the ground before straddling her. Gale struggled and screamed as her arms got locked in place before settling down.

"You were supposed to back me up." Sana growled.

"I can't fucking keep up with all this shit!" Gale screamed. "I know she didn't do it, but I can't remember what all she didn't do that we say she did!" Lily laughed out loud as she said this. Only about twenty people were around watching but three had cameras out and it was caught on video.

Sana slapped her before she stood up and advanced on Lily. A chunk of hair was gripped and pulled as Lily crossed her arms over her chest and waited for the threats.

"I'm going to take you out. I'm going to make you wish you were dead, and I'll laugh and dance at your funeral."

Lily smiled. "You don't have enough money or power to make me wish for death. And believe me kid, no one wants to see you jiggle like jello anywhere." She simply yanked her head away and grinned when her hair slipped free of the other girls fingers. "There is no protection from the real world out there. I'd invest in a padded room before your shit hits the fan."

Lily looked at Gale who stood up from the floor and stared. Gale glared at her before flipping her hair and walking away from her towards first hour.

Owen put a hand on her shoulder and walked with her, Sunday huffed and followed along.

Lily looked down at the ground as the events played in her head. This was a rip in the friendship and Lily was happy to feel the numb, avoiding the pain of betrayal. Her heart hardened when she looked back and saw the principle and dean of students taking with Gale and Sana.

About god damned time.
