HAZE'S POV

It didn't take much to convince Yaoyorozu to say yes. Actually all it took was Ashido to agree to come too. They agreed to bring clothes for me to try on after school on Friday, since all I have are uniforms. I still wanted to invite Kirishima. I know how Bakugo is on making new friends and he didn't seem too friendly to Hawks, plus I think Kiri's high energy will be a great motivator for fun. Shoto wasn't too excited about the idea, but he respected my decision and felt more comfortable that Bakugo would be there. He's still seventeen and isn't able to come with us.

It's like everything is falling into place. I have my friends back, I have this newfound confidence and security within myself to explore what the world has to offer, Aizawa has been extra nice to me since I got back. He trains with me, we've watched movies together, and he's teaching me how to cook. It's a nice change from the take-out we always had. He even got me a cellphone. He says the next time I might get stabbed, call him.

I find Kirishima after class and walk with him.

"So were you there when Endeavor found Stain?" He asks.

I shake my head. "Nah, he left us with some of his underlings to help get people out." Shoto told me what the chief of police said. We aren't allowed to tell anyone what happened. If more found out, we could lose the opportunity to use our quirks as heroes.

"Well I'm glad. That guy's a nut job, you could've been killed."

I shrug. "Yeah, good thing." Yikes. "Anyway, some of us are going dancing on Friday and I wanted to invite you."

"You? Dancing? Like at a club?" He sounds so surprised.

"I had a bit of a spiritual awakening this weekend. I want to go do fun, normal things and I want my friends to be there with me." I put my arm around his shoulder and he smiles a toothy grin.

"You can count me in! I love dancing! I'm not very good, though." He scratches his head.

I laugh. "That makes two of us. We can just go crazy and jump around like maniacs!" I jump up and down.

He laughs at my movements. "Sounds like a plan! I'm glad you're so happy. I mean I've been noticing all day that you've been more social than usual. Even with people outside of our class."

"I know! Sometimes I forget there's hundreds of other students here and a lot of them are really nice. Most of them are still pretty cautious around me, but I'm sure they'll come around."

We get to the end of our walk where we part ways to go home.

"So Friday at 9. I'll text you the address. Bakugo's going too."

"How did you convince hi-, actually, what am I saying? He'll follow you anywhere, like a puppy."

I laugh at the thought. "He'll have fun. Anyway the dress code is kind of fancy, not like suit and tie, but like button ups and such. Can you make sure he dresses appropriately?" I clasp my hands together.

He smiles. "Don't worry. I'll convince him."
