"There's no telling how many killer personalities she has."

I got back to the house and noticed the front door was open. I shook my head already knowing what was up. I knew she was gone. I entertained myself anyway and went inside to look for her. It wasn't cleared out like last time so maybe she would be back. I text her just to make sure Tyler didn't kill her.
Charlie: I'm okay. I'm so sorry. Talk soon.
I locked my phone and didn't respond. I really hated the hold she had on me. This shit was so unhealthy and it was honestly making me cold. Hopefully she would reach out to me in time to meet my daughter. At this point that was the only thing I was worried about. It was exhausting trying to get her to escape Tyler and her Coca persona.
I threw her food away and sat mine in the kitchen. I wasn't in the mood to eat anymore. I received a phone call and looked to see that it was Mya's mom.
"Hey is everything okay?" "No get to the hospital now. Mya's in labor."
What the hell? I had just seen her a couple of hours ago. Hopefully I didn't make her cry herself into labor. All for someone who would leave me in a drop of a dime.
"Okay I'm on my way!"
I rushed to the hospital, but it hadn't hit me that I was becoming a father tonight. This day has been the biggest rollercoaster of my life.

Mya had our son without any complications. I thanked God for that. He was absolutely beautiful and completely healthy. Watching her push our son out gave me a whole new respect for her. She was pregnant under some of the worst conditions and still pulled through. She didn't cry or complain throughout the entire process.
"Hey Dad do you want to hold him?" I was tired to say the least but I couldn't wait to hold my little man. The nurse put him in my arms and I fell in love. "What's up killer?" Mya smiled and rolled her eyes. "Don't call him that." I heard her mother clear her throat. I looked up to see her nodding at Mya.
"So Izzy, I have something to tell you." If she was about to tell me that he wasn't mine I was going to kill her in that hospital bed.
"What's up?" I asked not even looking up at her. I kept my eyes on my son trying to find me in his face.
"With everything that's going on I thought it would be best if I moved to California to be close to my mom." I almost dropped my fucking son. "What?! You mean alone? Because you're not taking my son." "Yes Izzy. I'm taking him. We'll visit once he's a few months older and you can come anytime. I just think this is best. You're gone long hours of the day and night doing God knows what. Then there's the studio hours. Then there's Charlie."
