"Like it or not, this will be our new normal"

I smirked noticing Izzy and his friends heading to our section. Damn he is fine as fuck. He looked a little annoyed as he walked over following Jason.

Play it cool. It's not that serious.

I made the mistake of flashing back to the night before and felt a familiar tingle down below and goosebumps shot down my arm. I put on a poker face as they approached us, pretending not to be phased by his presence. I tapped Jasmine on the thigh so she could sit down next to me leaving no room.

"Wassup Ma." Jason greeted Mariah with a hug

"Well look at you. You look so handsome." She complimented.

His friends behind him looked eager with goofy smiles on their faces. Izzy was looking everywhere besides at me.  I took it way too personal. I didn't even know him.

But we ended the night on a good note right? I didn't expect a proposal but a hey would be fine.

No big deal.

Another one of Jason's friends was staring a hole in the side of my head. I didn't want to be paranoid but I couldn't help but to think that maybe  he recognized me. Our faces are starting to surface on major news stations and I was starting to think all of this was just a bad idea. We came to Atlanta to avoid the aftermath of the case making major headlines. I knew at some point this was going to happen, but I was really hoping to have one more drama free weekend. I wanted to go hang out in Indonesia, but we can't leave the country right now. This felt like we were back home. Constant eyes on me. Constant judgement. Maybe that's why Izzy didn't speak to me. He found out about the horrible things I'm accused of and feels disgusted by me.

I returned the stare at Jason's friend, only mine was filled with annoyance.

"I'm Toine." he stuck his hand out. I was hesitant but decided to shake it. I faked a smile and introduced myself.  I could play as dumb as he looked.
